Staff there are belligerent and rude. 35 minutes for order to be completed. When arrived was wrong. Asked for corrections to be made and was told I would have to get back in line and re-order b/c what I ordered which was made incorrectly would cost extra even though the fault was theres. Refused further service by rudely shutting window in my face. Waited until employee returned to ask for a manager and her name. Said she was the manager, refused her name and when I asked for a refund became belligerent and unwilling to comply. Finally gave me my $$ back for the item. We went to sit down at outdoor seating and found out the other item ordered was made wrong as well. Then a water spot nearby turned on and shot water all over us.We were soaked. Reported to the franchise owner who promised to look into matter and get back to me and he never did. Worst service ever. Wouldnt even give is napkins when we asked. Asked for owners name and # and they refused.

The customer service here is horrible management is horrible I heard her say oh the people today are then she try to play it off. finally got her ice cream cones almost a 30 minute wait my kids were agitated and wanted to be done all because they were training well they need a lot more training. They are privately owned and you cant even get a hold of the owner to make a formal complaint. I will be driving down Fourth Plain to the next location next time the customer service there and the time that you get your stuff is weight better and faster.

I have been going to this D,Q for years. I went In Sunday march 30 and they got both orders wrong, I called and they took my name and number for a replacement order, I went in today April 1st and found out today was the first day for the new owners and the old owners did not leave my information for a new order. The nice lady not sure if she is the new owner made good on the old owners mistake, I appreciate that and the food and people were great, you have my business. THANK YOU!!

This place used to be great...veggie burgers and tots and excellent service. Then they were brought back into the fold of standard dairy queen with just the standard dairy queen stuff. Customer service has suffered greatly with workers not even looking at people to hand them their order. If your order is not correct the window is closed and good luck getting someones attention. We could hardly understand the awful static filled announcement pa (they used to do it personally) and someone else picked up our order without asking.

I will forever love DQ! I love their blizzards, their peanut buster parfait, I love thei $5 meal where you get a burger, fries, drink and little blizzard. The staff are typically very friendly. I enjoy going on "mini dates" with my fiance and just sitting down to a blizzard. Reminds me of my childhood, as I used to go with my family for blizzards all the time!

My wife and I often eat at the main street Dairy Queen it has changed owners lately and we have tried to still enjoy going there. After our 3rd visit we give up. the portions you now get are very skimpy and disappointing. We will not return. We were upset about hearing a McDonalds being built next door but they will likely be a beter place to eat. Mark W

Girl working the window was verbally unhappy about having to stop talking to the cook long enough to take my order. I didnt even get what i ordered. Good thing Im not allergic to mayo or pickles beings how i got extra of both when i ordered my burger with out either. Sad day. I wont return to this DQ again. You lost a loyal customer: (

I stood there in the cold for 20 minutes. I wanted something really simple. The guy screwed it up not once but twice! Then when I said I wanted my money back I was " being rude"! I have gone to this DQ since I was a teenager! If a person cannot read? They should NOT work there! Really number....

Went with mother to get a cone each in memory of lost one. She loves the ice cream, I didnt like the way it tasted, and the price was bleh also. Hard to read prices in the back blocked by things as well. They were also out of chocolate ice cream and had a sign up stating such.

So bad. The hot fudge they poured on the ice cream sundae melted the plastic serving container and leaked all over me. I couldnt even eat it due to plastic in the ice cream. Nasty rotton lettuce on my sandwich. DQ used to be my favorite, now its just nasty.

A long time neighborhood institution (1947?), but sad that the owner clear cut the mature trees on site. The shade made it a pleasure to eat ice cream outside on a summers day. Now its just a regular parking lot...not much of a unique place anymore.

Quick, friendly staff, never had an issue with the food. The no-inside dining and no drive through window brings back a retro 60s vibe that you cant get easily nowadays. Easily my favorite DQ, makes the best strips and blizzard a DQ can ever offer!

It was okay nothing unusual for any other Dairy Queen the cashier was very pleasant and knowledgeable about what he had I had lots of questions and he was able to answer him and we got a couple burgers and chicken fingers and they were tasty

I was just there and the service was awful. They screwed up my order and was very rude. Since they changed owners it has went down hill. I was a loyal customer and live right down the street but after todays service I will not be back

I will not be given this location my business any longer. Their sign size that the $5 Neal deal is go all day and you go to order at 7p abd the person at the window says it stops at 4p. Honor your signage or close your business!!!

Service was okay, but my husband ordered a banana split and had to hunt for the ice cream. Little piles of whipped cream hid that fact until after he had already started eating it. This will not be our DQ of choice in this area.

Overall a good experience!! We just got a Peanut Butter Cup blizzard and this was good, and a strawberry banana smoothie and it was watered down and no strawberries, they did fix this and 2nd drink was a lil better.
