Our order was wrong three times. We went through the drive thru initially because we wanted to get food quick. Makes sense, right? They asked us to pull around because our burgers and coney were going to be a bit. Thats fine. We waited ten minutes and still nothing, so we went in to see what the hold up was. They were understaffed, which we understood and waited some more. The first set of bags they brought had most of it right except for the burgers which had everything we asked them to leave off and not much else, so we sent them back. They brought out the coney, fries, and curds. Then, they brought more burgers but only one was partially right. It was half an hour in total before we finally got everything from them. This was ridiculous and I have no desire to ever eat here again.

I went here yesterday and had one of the worst meals Ive ever had. First of all, it seemed like forever until they even acknowledged me standing at the counter. When I finally got food, the burger was burnt and dry, as well as haphazardly thrown together. The fries were burnt as well. Why is there no option to give zero stars? Because I certainly would if I could.

As someone who once loved A&W its sad to see it sharing space with KFC. The quality is inconsistent at best and most things have an odor of fried chicken to them. Some might find this to be a bonus. They still have fried cheese curds though so 2 stars solely for that.

Management blamed our order to his "regulars" for holding up the line. Got our order wrong, and was rude when i tried to let him know in advance we were doing a large order. Customers in that store are jerksand called me "fatty". I am never going vack to this place.

This the worst A&W Ive ever been to i couldnt even eat what i purchased off the menu which was a chili dog that looked like brown mashed potatoes i brought it to him and he asked me whats wrong with it like it was normal

A&W Restaurant is great. Delicious food. Absolutely some of the best fusion tacos in Portland. I highly recommend you try this place I promise you will not regret it.
