Super disappointed with our visit yesterday, honestly the only good thing about our experience was the fact that our server David was really nice. However, thats about all I can say positively. My family and I went to Red Robin to celebrate my brothers birthday, there was a total of 10 of us, 2 of which were babies under the age of 2. After a 30 minute wait for a table we were seated and were asked for our drink orders. My husband and I each ordered a shot which took about 15 minutes to get to us. Once we made our order our family then waited an HOUR for our food to come out. We were told after we received our food that something in the kitchen had gone down and they were backed up. However, most of our burgers were cool to almost cold by the time we got them. My daughters mac and cheese was cold and soupy, my hamburger was raw in the middle. I had ordered some pink but this was pretty much red (I didnt actually notice until I got home as I wasnt able to eat at the restaurant, both kids had come to the end of their patience by the time our food was served), and my husbands burger had become so soggy that he couldnt actually eat it. As soon as the food had come out we had ordered extra fries and my aunt had asked for them to start cooking her to go order at that time as well. Most of us ate what was given to us and 30 minutes later we never got our fries and my aunt still hadnt got her to go order. David did take my husbands burger off the bill but, on paying we found that we had been up charged for our shots ( we ordered one brand and were charged for a totally different brand which is usually more expensive, and now we were unsure as to what we were actually given), we were charged for 2 orders of garlic fries which would have been correct only we only received one, and there were appetizers put our bill that should have been on someone elses. By that time we were done complaining and trying to get things right, so we just paid the bill. My poor aunt on the other hand ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes to the already 30 she had waited for food that when she finally received it found it was incorrect. All in all my entire family ordered well over $200 dollars worth of food and drink and left disappointed and some of us even left hungry. This most likely will be the last time we celebrate a family birthday or even just go there to eat in general.

Okay, the first thing I want to say is the burgers are awesome and the condiments are fresh. The male bartender that helped me was polite and professional (thats why I gave HIM a large tip). The BAD: the young blond hair girl hostes was slow and was more interested in checking her phone than moving people to their seats at opening time! I had to wait over 10 mins for her to get to me when there was only two people ahead of me. I asked her if she could seat me at the 21 and older area, then she rolled her eyes, pointed in the direction of the adult section with her cell phone in her pointing hand. The male bartender was great, being my first time there he showed me how to use the wireless touch screen device they have at each table. He was polite the whole time. WELL, the older blond haired woman bartender (which I saw her slamming things around behind the bar) rushes by me with my order and literally just dropped my burger and fries in front of me. I could see the french fries jump up from the drop of the red tray that they were on. I observed her being rude to others as I ate my meal. The polite, professional man that originally helped me got a good tip and other than the rude attitude of that young blond hostess and that older upset blond bartender, it would have been a five star experience.

Families BEWARE as they will send you to the sun room pit even when you beg to be upstairs. We have NEVER been offered a table upstairs without asking when a child comes in with us to request a table! Even when you request a upstairs table they wont accommodate families up and say this is all we have available when you can see flat tops open, instead they will seat a four top table with a single occupant to dismiss the families to the pit! The sunroom pit is where the windows appear to have never be cleaned and spider webs are on view for all the plant edge has a layer of dust as old as the building. The sunroom space is an oven in the summer and a freezer in the winter dress accordingly! The bathrooms are far from adequate for the size of restaurant and are often trashed with little to no toilet paper and the counters are flooded with water and soap and the trash is always full! They do get a two as the food is most of the time hot and good or we would NOT EVER come back!

This was the second time coming to this red robin since mothers day. On mothers day the restaurant was packed. The smell when we walked in was that of an old vacuum cleaner and or dirty carpets, I imagine both were at play here. We were seated by a nice hostess at a very dirty table. There was a feeling of dirt. The wall to my left was splattered with stuff. A child puked on the ground next to the table and the whole experience went downhill from there, until the burgers arrived. As usual, they were fantastic. Yesterday we went and the same thing happened. The smell was worse and the filth of the restaurant was tangible. Walls, plates, the seat I was sitting on had to be wiped down before I could sit. The food arrived and this time the burger was burnt on one side an fine on the other. It still tasted good, but I dont think I will be back until it is cleaned up. Oh yeah, it seemed like at least 45 minutes to get our food.

no wait for us coming in close to 8 on a Saturday last night. thought we hit the jackpot. our server was super polite but we were rushed along. just as we sat he tried taking our food order. it was a bit awkward. came back 2 more times within 3 to 4 minutes and kept asking. we finally ordered. we took a good 5 minutes to decide. our appetizer was cold. they brought a nice warm up one back. my most disappoint was the burgers. they were all served on stale sesame seed buns. much smaller portion. I honestly dont remember such mediocre food. certainly disappointed. all I can say is your staff are polite but we are looking for a new place for burgers.

Bottomless everything. The front desk service was terrible. They asked me how many people and told us to wait, waited 10 mins they completely forgot about us, as other group of people were going in before us. When we went to ask the lady they made a mistake, didnt even apologize and put us at the bottom of the list again. The server was great though, she deserves 5 stars. Made up a lot for what happened earlier. Very friendly too. As we were leaving my friends and me looked back for a "have a good day" goodbye and all we got was a stare and she turned around acting like we didnt exist...
