So my gf and I were invited from her friends to meet them there to have dinner and upon arriving found that one of her friends and their daughter were still waiting on water. We proceeded to ask for drinks (her an Arnold Palmer and myself a blueberry lime splash) after about 5 mins she received her drink as well as her friend and daughter finally getting their waters. I didnt receive my drink for at least another 5 mins. We then ordered our food which arrived in a decent time but her Caesar chicken wraps had basically zero chicken and my Bacon blues burger was nothing memorable as the bacon was saturated with pepper and the Bleu cheese dressing was watered down. My gf couldnt finish her dinner as she found it barely edible, I finished mine due to the fact I was very hungry. I did order another Blueberry Lime splash (more ice than drink) and never received it. After waiting an overly patient amount of time the table decided to ask for their respective checks and we all had to wait for a half an hour just to get those. I feel that what we ended up paying for was to be delivered food that was not worth eating and to order drinks to not receive them. Will definitely NOT be returning.

I absolutely loved our time at Blazing Onion Burgers! We were going to go to another place but it looked full and im so happy that we found them, they made it easy for my husband, 3yr old son and I to have a relaxing experience. Our server was amazing and was very informative and not pushy what-so-ever! He gave, what I thought was, the right amount of time to look over the menus and drink selection. When we ordered he was so nice and offered some sauces that would go best with my fish tacos ( which come with their own amazing garnish themselves) The sauces he brought were all amazing! and when we were done he didnt just ask about dessert, he spelled it out so our toddler wouldnt know what he was asking which was a huge relief! As a parent it just raises the standard for all potential places we may go, no one wants to hear a kid screaming about not having dessert, so it was just that personal touch that really blew me away in conjunction with the amazing food!

Brought us the wrong food. I picked at it before realizing... Brought it to the back for TWO MINS probably then SERVED IT. there is NO WAY on earth they Remade it that fast. I almost told the table....THEN they brought is someone elses meals A SECOND TIME swiped that up real quick... Then... Finally we got our food. My sons side was incorrect. My husband and i got garlic fries.. I had actually ordered mine without salt well done and my husband wanted plain. Soggiest fries ive EVER HAD. My husband also got sick all night from the food. Yes im sure it was because of the food from here because its all he ate!! They also sat us at a table between the waiters station and another table. Got to smell the aroma or trash and get bumped into 40 times.. One time knocking my 2 year old off his chair without an apology. Our food also took like 45 mins... To get to us and taste awful NEVER GOING BACK

First time going there, and my last. Git a crispy chicken Cesar salad,,,,over crispy. The waiter absolutely sucked, had to ask for the basics, like water and silverware. On top of that, screwed up an almost 100. Tab, and to top it off, the MANAGER walked by our table constantly with no rreard to stop and check on us, see how we were doing,,,,,until i flagged him down and complained. You can get pretty much the same food at red Robin, nothing at this place stood out. All they did was copy red Robin really. Ill never go there again, and if youre reading this far, i suggest you save your money.. food is lame, service stunk

The Bar Staff was good .. But the Food was Cold and Horriable Management Service. They need to be trained to work with the Public, I dont know how long they are in training for but it sure needs to be longer or look at the trainers. The Cooks Definitely Need More Training on plating the food, and servers need to be ready for pick up. It was like watching a 3 Ring Circus... Not what we expected. Hope this helps.. As a Franchise Owner Maybe be there more often and send people in to watch what is going on in you Restaurant or You may be going out of Business...

We are staying in an Extended Stay, placed an Uber order after our daughters graduation from the UW Tacoma ceremony. I ordered French Onion soup/salad, hubby had chicken strips and tots, and our daughter had a quesadilla. We are all SO HAPPY!! My French Onion soup was AMAZING! I can only imagine what it is like "in house". It was still hot and it tasted like perfection. As I said, everyone was happy with our takeaway order and I can only imagine what its like to eat there. I plan to before moving away from WA. Sad I hadnt tried it sooner. AMAZING!!!

I would give zero stars if i could. Worst experience EVER! Food sucked, service sucked even more. Roof leaks, takes FOREVER to get food or drinks. Soggy burgers and it was COLD! The waiter was one of the worst ever! I have no idea how this place gets good reviews....everyone around me was complaining about the wait. Two hours later, i finally left....hungry and $35.00 poorer. Felt ripped off. Paid $8.00 for a beer during happy hour! Wow! Yall need some serious help!

1st time we ordered from UberEats… it was disappointing due to me requesting no cheese on my burger (allergic) & receiving a burger with cheese on it. Called the restaurant & manager was nice, took down my name & address & sent us a $20 gift card. Went to dine in the restaurant last Friday (8/11). Food was great, service was just as good. Bottomless fries were worth it, crispy & salty. I think we found our Friday night hang out.

Service was actually good, but the food was slow to come, over 30 minutes once order was taken. There were only a few other tables with customers present. Once food did come out it was obvious our food had. Fries were not even warm, hamburgers were barely warm and bun was soggy from sitting so long. I would give it a zero on food, with the service bringing up the overall to a one. Sad, first time there, and will be the last time.

Loved my waiter KYLE he was very very kind and warm hearted . Bought me a sample drink for my beer and also a sample of the pull pork meat because Im sooooo picky when it comes to my pull pork sandwichs and he was nice enough to say hey let me bring you a sample . Love it . He also bought my daughters food out first so she can eat as you we alllll know kids hate to eat !!!! Lol.

Pretty poor customer service. We sat outside, we were the only couple out there & no one came out for quite some time. Food came in a timely manner, but we waited almost 45 minutes for a box and the check, with no "sorry its busy" even though it wasnt. If youre gonna forget about people outside.. maybe dont sit them out there. Food was alright though.
