We ordered the triple box tonight since my 5 year old was begging me, with being the day after xmas I really dont feel like cooking and it seemed like a good idea. Now, I know it was really not a good idea. We got our pizzas more then 55 min after ordering. I mean seriously dominos only takes 30 min and even Round Table takes 45 min. We got our pizza and it wasnt even in the box like they show on the tv. Our pizza was pretty much cold, and the cheese on it was already hard and super greasy. The breadsticks were cold and hard. The chocolate chip cookie looked like someone legit left it in the oven too long and said oh well. Also what a surprise that thing was rock hard as well. Was not impressed at all. The pizza however had absolutly no flavor at all. The sauce was so watery and running it was kind of gross. The poor delivery guy looked exhausted and was so sweet, thats probably the only and I mean only positive experience about the whole thing. I will not be ordering from here again. I will also be writing an official complaint to corporate, sounds like this location needs a serious reality check.

Yesterday my spouse and I placed an order to carry out. Prices without coupons are high, but we always find an online coupon to help justify buying this treat. We have dietary restrictions, and checked the online allergens chart to see if the pretzel crust incorporated milk. The site claimed it did not, but when I arrived to pick up the pizza, Jaron informed me there was a butter spread that typically goes on the pretzel crust we had ordered. He had noticed the no-cheese order and left the butter off before informing me and asking if I wanted it when I arrived to pick the pizza up. Thanks to Jarons insight and thoughtfulness, he ensured we received a pizza that aligned with our needs. He even offered suggestions to ensure it will always be made that way. I am impressed by his consideration and will be back here for my next carry-out pizza.

After we ordered, it popped up and told us delivery would take hour and half, with no option to cancel order. On top of this is charged us twice. We got hung up on three times on the call service the online order app said to call. Somewhere in this process, the call center corrected order and put one in with out the delivery charge (this is how it charged us twice I think). Finally, after we called the store, they only hung up twice after we complained, and tried to correct order. The third time the employee told us "we dont care, everybody in town is calling for orders tonight". Right now were headed to the store to pickup the pizza that we had wanted delivered, and hopefully talk to a manager if anyone actually wants to listen.

Horrible staff. The manager, Micheal refused service to me and shoved my pizza across the counter after I politely asked to speak with a district manager after I had huge complications to make a simple order over the phone. An employee who I was placing an order with didnt have good English, so after she couldnt get my order right at the end three separate times, I asked if I could speak with someone else and she said that she was the only one in the store. I hung up, and the manager picked up after calling back and gave huge attitude like a three year old when I was trying to calmly explain the issue. He is NOT manager material whatsoever. I wouldnt even expect his behavior for a simple staff worker.

Just moved to Silverdale and have been impressed by this Pizza Hut. It is extremely clean and the employees are so polite and helpful. They listen to even small requests that make your meal better, and it makes the experience so much easier than some other places. I have also witnessed the older employees training and mentoring the younger ones when I go in to pick up my order, and its always nice to see that. We will definitely be back.

Just ordered for the first time. Not likely to order again! I paid 19.00 for 2 med pizzas for delivery plus tip. The pizzas arrived on time but they were so cold we had to microwave them. Even after that they were doughy inside. VERY DISAPPOINTED especially since were 4 blocks from the store.

This is the second time I ordered pizza from this location and both times my pizzas were undercooked and made my family and myself sick that evening and following day. Such a bummer because I love Pizza hut but Im unsure with what the deal is with this location.

Pizza took an hour and 15 mins to be delivered. I would have drove the 10 mins to the store if I would have known it would be delivered 25 mins after the time they said it would. Pizza and pasta was cold by the time I got it. Next time Ill stick with Dominos!

The quality of the service has definitely taken a turn for the worse recently. The employees work at the slowest speed they can get away with, orders are consistently late (4 visits in the past 3 weeks, order was late/ incomplete every time).

Food was 30min late from the delivery time they gave me. I called to find out where it was and person on phone was rude. My pizza was not very good...was made sloppy and not cooked all the way. I will never order pizza from here again.

They always get my pizzas right, unlike some other places. Service is always great, store is always clean too! Wish theyd have better deals, but thats usually a corporate thing, not an individual store thing.
