When the restaurant first opened it was amazing, they had people that have been working for chick fil A for years. Customer service was excellent, the line, although it was really long, was really fast. I believe I was only there for 10 min. After a few weeks since the opening I came in, line was long and it took a really long time, almost 40 min. When we approached the cashier customer service had also gone down a whole lot. The workers were really negative and it was just not pleasant anymore. I had to repeat my order a few times and she was not listening. She asked me if I wanted my receipt and I said no, but then changed my mind and did want to look at the receipt because the number seemed to be very high. And off course the order was wrong, she did not repeat the order back and they had to call the manager to correct the error. That also took a while and after it was taken care of I waited for my to go order as some of the employees were chatting like they didnt have anything else to do. The order came out and the chicken nuggets were not grilled. We once again had to ask for the grilled ones. Bad experience, good food. Chik fil A should bring the other people back and hire pleasant individuals with great customer service experience.

Our family has eaten there 8 times since the opening, our first time going was 21April and we went yesterday, 25May. If you are from the South this is not like Chick-fil-A in the South. The food has gotten better over the time of being open however your sweet tea is not sweet tea. It tastes like sun tea. Also your staff needs more training on how your store is meant to run. The do not use manners and when you ask a question you get the response of, "uhhhh, yeah.". And you do not receive the, "My pleasure", which is customary in every other Chick-fil-A we have ever been to. I will add that someone gave you a negative review because you were not open on Sunday on the week you had your Grand Opening, to which I would like to add a Chick-fil-A is never open on a Sunday. I can see why folks who have never experienced a true Chick-fil-A would not understand the hype or be disappointed by their experience at your store. Your store is not a correct representation of what a Chick-fil-A store is, your food does not represent the correct menu, your customer service does not represent the core values of Chick-fil-A.

Whats the big deal? I took my wife to Tacomas Chick-fil-A yesterday and I was not impressed with the food. I ordered three Spicy Deluxe Burger and fries. The chicken was not crispy. I expected to crunch into a crunchy chicken and it was not what I expected. I was very impressed by the organization of the management. Every thing went very smooth considering the amount of people there. It was very crowded but I was served very fast. The employees were fantastic in serving and cleaning up the mess that people left. I predict that this excitement will die down. Like all new fast food restaurant, people are all excited to try out the food. Actually I rather dine at Popeyes. Dave

The WORST Chick-Fil-A I have ever been to. They set a bad standard for the ones that I am used to down South. The first time I went it was great besides me finishing my food before I got my shake. The second time I went, I ordered a Chicken Sandwich and it had grissle in the middle so I threw it out. The third time (which is a charm) my husband ordered a chicken sandwich, I had nuggets because I would never make the mistake of getting another sandwich from there, and he literally took one bite and had to pull a really long piece of hair out of his mouth. It is not worth your money do not go here!

Couldnt even have an experience, wasnt willing to wait a 30 mins to just park let alone the 30 min wait to eat. Your location is a joke to. Assessable from one direction of the busiest intersection in Tacoma, it took 10 mins just to get to the damn parking lot. Relocate and maybe open an other location. Mayne even open one in the pennisula, Waste if time and I even paid the toll fee for the narrows and braved Tacoma traffic j Just to go there today, and very very very disappoimted. Ive been waiting for months to eat there. Boooooo thumbs down. Ruined my afternoon.

Everything is wonderful. The food is amazing. The reason for me taking the time to review though, is the incredible staff! Im currently here with my two kids and that in itself is a struggle. They saw me struggling and went out of their ways to help me. They brought our drinks to the table, grabbed me some straws and soup spoons, and were wonderfully sweet and understanding while doing it. Its so nice to see a staff care so much about their customers. I highly recommend coming here! Worth the wait in every way!

Went here day after Raineers game. Advertised that get free breakfast sandwich if team steals plate. Written sign on door said not open until 10:30 today, sorry. Waited 45 min. Employee shows up with 2 big boxes Crisper Cream donuts. Manager said, "no breakfast after 10:30, since we opened at 10:30, NO! Refused to honor as advertised. Took family to McD where their word still means something. Wont be back. Pretty poor customer relations. Even if, she could have apologized nicely. Shows her character I guess.

Overly expensive, terrible wait times, and in my personal opinion the food just isnt good enough to justify the money and time spent here. Employees are definitely friendlier here then at any of the surrounding fast food place, which is the main reason Im giving 2 stars instead of one. With other fast foot like: Taco Bell, Burger King, Arbys, KFC, and Jack in the Box all less than a mile away from this place, its just too hard to justify recommending it anyone but die-hard Chick-fil-A fans.

Can I give zero stars? Chick Fil A Tacoma stole from me when they didnt give me a meal I ordered. They attempted to make it right with a card to come in for a free sandwich. This card is fashioned like a gift card (which doesnt expire) I go in to redeem it and they wont accept it. I reached out to corporate customer service who tried to pass the buck and is not responding to me. Avoid this place, total crap, rude management that needs training.

I just moved from Georgia (where there are as many Chick Fil A stores as there are churches) and I drive 30 minutes once a week to get my CFA here. Its a taste of home and let me say that everything always tastes the way it should. Everyone is really friendly, but the only bad thing is the parking. Youll definitely want to park further away if youre going during peak hours. Youll also want to try a frosted lemonade on a warm day!

We travelled from Bainbridge and boy it was so not worth it. We had a craving that drove us to drive 1 hour. I know, crazy but when we got there the parking was so bad, the line was so long and the food was mediocre at its finest. My kiddo told me my Chick-fill-a imitation nuggets were better than the real deal and his favourite fast food restaurant on planet earth is Chick-fil-a. So disappointed. I will stick to my own version!
