On 3/9 my toddler nephew accidentally got a hold of my cell phone and mistakenly placed a Yelp Eat24 order from Amante Pizza and Pasta. I received an email confirming the accidental order at 8:01- #18493-10899. I immediately cancelled the order on your app- at 8:24 I received an email from you confirming the cancellation- #D18493-10899X. On 3/10 I placed another order from Amante #18493-10902. They accidentally sent a fettuccine alfredo instead of tortellini alfredo. We called the restaurant and they were very nice and apologetic. They told us that the next time we order they will send a replacement tortellini alfredo. A few minutes ago I placed another order from Amante using your app #18493-10925. I then called the restaurant to have them send the replacement tortellini alfredo with it. I was transferred to, what I assume, was the manager. She then started screaming at me that "they had to throw away all the food from our cancelled order on 3/9". I tried to explain what happened but I was unable to get a word in at all as she was LITERALLY screaming at me. I asked her for her name and she flat-out refused to give it to me. I finally told her to "have a nice day" and hung up. When the delivery driver brought my order a few minutes ago I asked him for her name and he said "Its the boss/owner and she wont let us give out her name". I am in absolute shock of her behavior over the phone. I feel berated, harassed and humiliated. Now I dont even feel comfortable eating the food she sent me (which was wrong AGAIN) who knows if she couldve spit in it?! Very disappointed that anyone would treat their customers this way.

My familia is italian and from California. When I moved up here I was afraid I wasnt going find a place close to my favorite italian restaurant in San Francisco, or my Nonnas house. Yet, they made my top of places to eat in Washington. I have tried almost everything from their menu from soups to subs. Hand down the best place I have ate since moving up here. When I close my eyes and take a bite I am taken back to my familias house on Sabbath Sundays, or cold winter nights. Everything is fresh and made at location; plus, you can taste the effort and love put into it. Keep up the hard work and thank you for the big italian servings. I live almost 4 miles away from them and delivery fee is always 1.99$❤

Ordered pasta, a pizza and a seafood dish. It didnt disappoint in any way. The staff was friendly, and gave us free drinks with our meal. The Seattles favorite was really balanced, delicious pizza with perfect proportions of the ingredients. The spaghetti was cheesy and saucy. The seafood fettucine was also delicious, I just didnt like having to take off the shrimp tail off but thats not a big deal. I was so satisfied with my meal and it wasnt bank breaking. Dont expect a five dollar pizza, but also dont think itll be over $60 for a three person meal with plenty of leftovers. Oh I forgot the garlic bread was really good as well.

Shockingly good food. I originally had food delivered and it was excellent. I couldnt wait to return to the area to try the food again. It did not disappoint. I decided I should go to the restaurant for a nice meal and discovered it wasnt a full sit down restaurant, but a takeout location with a small bar for 4 to 6 people. I couldnt believe food this good was coming out of this type of location. I often drive 30 to 45 minutes to get their crab spread. The staff is extremely responsive to requests.

Tried for first time on friday. Couldnt get delivery through site, as i am too far, but used grub hub app with no problem. Well worth the hour wait. No more pizza hut or pizza time for me. Update - 7/28/17: ordered online, given 50 min window. Now at 15 overdue. Call restaurant and was put on 2 min hold with dead silence. Lady that came on kept interrupting me when i would speak. Very rude. Couldnt even understand her.

Ordered online and was quoted 35-60 minutes and wasnt delivered until 80 minutes. Called the restaurant and was told that the website quotes that, but it isnt always accurate. Food was not hot, and tasted like it was canned chicken in the fettuccine, not good at all. Bread was cold, and a bit stale. Wont be ordering from this place again.

We wemt their last night with a picture of a delicious looking picture my brothers roomate posted on facebook....we had to hunt down where it was made it looked so good, and here is where we found it! The staff is amazing, and the food was even better! This will deff be iur new Friday night pizza place, there is no comparison !!

I used to love love love this place, but they are never open past 10pm on weekends anymore! My boyfriend and I used to go later in the evening on weekends but......Thats all for now. They for sure would have gotten 5 stars instead if one considering they are never item anymore on a SATURDAY evening.....well the ROCK it is

I was ordering online as I found this place via google only to find out that although I live 2 miles from this place, it is too far and they do not deliver. Thats a bummer, so I called to verify. Person on phone was a jerk. Skip this place, there are plenty of great eateries in the area with superior customer service.

Do not order from here. We have ordered delivery a few times. Food is not consistent from order to order and recently they started charging a $6 delivery charge. Or take your chances, our first order was great, since then its been nothing but disappointing. Manager was rude.

This is my first time ordering from amante pizza . This is by far the best chicken quesadilla! I also got potatoe skins everything was delious. It was hot when I got it. Everything was amazing It came a lot quicker than what was requested Will be using them again!

I was so tired of cheap pizza! I tried Amantes and was so surprised. These guys are great! I didnt know that they had sandwhiches and even Lasagna. Any way, the pizza was really good and folks were friendly. Ill be back. Dave
