Bad customer service should never be tolerated by customers. Everyone in business knows they have competitors. Any average Manager of a coffee shop knows, the only thing they have to offer a customer other than the same product sold at every other location is good customer service. Bad customer service can happen anywhere. Sometimes its just a mistake. Sometimes its by untrained employees. And in this case its by a smart mouth little guy with a long pony tail and a beard. He thinks its just fine if he makes fun of a guest to his fellow employees while the customer is standing there at the counter. Not acceptable under any conditions. Lack of training falls under poor management. Total disrespect for the customer, or in my case being belligerent to a customer in the business falls under intolerable. If you do not want employees making fun of people and talking about customers including yourself, do not go to this location.

You might be thinking why do we even need a review for Starbucks but hey not all starbucks are the same. This location is the closest to where I live so this place is where I go to for all my Chai Tea Latte cravings. This place has ample seating, free wifi and also outdoor seating. Depending on what time you go, you might have to wait in a line to get your drink but thats with all starbucks isnt it? You can also get all the La Boulanger food items here and coffee beans, kcups, etc. The place is not open late evenings but so is none of the restaurants/cafes on Broadway street. Parking is available on broadway and also behind the store.

I like visiting this Starbucks when we fly through SFO, but this Christmas Morning we a bad experience with an inexplicably rude Starbucks employee. Maybe she did not want to be working Christmas morning, maybe she had a rough night... whatever. But no need be so snippy and rude to your customers. And even ruder when I pointed out she over-charged us $7.00. So, one-star for this particular person (who probably shouldnt be working retail) in an otherwise decent Starbucks location.

Nice little town and walking area. Close to the airport and a good distraction from the busyness of life. Not so friendly staff, it was a Sunday morning and I felt like they did not want my business. Also took forever to get what we asked for. When its busy I expect longer wait, when youre the only people ordering I expect my purchase in a timely manner.

I love this location! First of all these baristas make the best drinks! This place has a kinda of a homy feeling. Almost the same people come here so you kinda get to know everyone there. Sit outside when its a nice weather and enjoy the people and dogs passing by. There lots of seating here. So just grab your favorite cup of Joe and enjoy it!

Staff was nice. But the patrons are bleh. 3 moms with multiple kids running around and their strollers blocking all paths (in a narrow space) without them paying mind to others around them... venti coconut milk caramel fraps>common courtesy I guess

I had a really bad experience with a rude lady who is an employee . She did my order wrong and she did not care about it she denied my order was wrong until another employee told her that she did it wrong. That employee is not happy worker.

This Starbucks gets crowded pretty much all morning, everyday. They do a decent job of getting your order quickly. Outdoor seating available. Has a neighborhood feel and not like a large coffee chain due to its location.
