I have tried this place enough times to earn a free coffee. I love the staff! I did have an issue when something wonky happened and they couldnt brew shots. What was probably only 5-10 minutes felt like and hour when I was running late for work. I ended up telling the ladies to not worry about my already purchased drink and cancel the order. It wasnt anything they had control over. With my always procrastinating morning routine it took me a few weeks to give it a try again, to my surprise they credited my account for the drink I didnt get, that was very kind and unexpected. They have amazing coffee! They put great care into each drink. If your in the area I would highly recommend!!! And grab a snack or breakfast the food is delicious:)

In the bathroom, the hot water comes out immediately, so you dont have to stand there for 30 seconds with ice cold water running over your hands before you get to the good stuff. I dont know about you, but to me thats a big deal. The New York Time rates The Loft "5 out of 5 Stars" Wall Street Journal calls it "a hear-warming homage to the long lost Ma and Pa Coffee Shops long forgotten" Nominated for 2 Academy Awards for best Coffee Shop

Excellent atmosphere and smooth espresso blend Stopped here twice while visiting Everett and enjoyed their nitro cold brew, but its lacking something to make it stellar. However their espresso is solid and they have a crazy drink that is Nutella and espresso only that is different. Their regular latte is also excellent so you wont go wrong stopping by here :)

Wonderful coffee! And snacks, other beverages, muffins, cookies, salads, wraps, sandwiches.... And the list of options goes on and on. An incredible atmosphere to relax, meet friends, study, or read by the fire. Very friendly staff go out of their way to make each visit, and drink, even better than the last.

If you appreciate smooth bold espresso without the bitterness or greasiness this is a great place to try. We typically drive to lighthouse roasters in Freemont area to get such good coffee. Nice to find just as great coffee up north. Roaster is Fidalgo Coffee Roasters.

Coffee was kinna gross n all their pastries are basically a coffee stand type of deal. And today, they blocked 2/3rds of the sidewalk so I literally had to walk around them to get through to where I was going. Very forceful marketing approach. Its unlikely Ill be back.

Good prices; their iced americanos are my favorite, a chocolate covered espresso bean on my lid is an added bonus. Food options are limited, but I recommend grabbing a coffee here and then a pastry just around the corner.

Great service and rewards program. They serve Bulletproof coffee which I love. Food is pretty basic but will serve as a good snack. Excellent place for a big meeting since they have a big table in the back.

What a great addition to downtown Everett. Love the atmosphere with the natural wood and cozy seating. It has a great private space (~8-10 people) in the back which was perfect for a business meeting.
