This place makes great drinks/ food and has had good service..most the time. My boyfriend and his family have been loyal customers for over a decade and today, my boyfriend and I went to get a birthday drink for my Birthday. My boyfriend, who has gotten Bday drinks before, told the clerk it was my Birthday and the clerk said she didnt know if it was okay to give free drinks on Birthdays. My boyfriend got served by the owner on his birthday and we told her that, and I said I was willing to show her my I.D and but still, no service. If your not going to respect one customers service to another customers, then dont bother with giving away free birthday drinks. We were polite and patient and it was upsetting how poor the communication and understanding was, on top of me feeling super awkward about asking for something I thought was okay.

This little place, tucked away in the Wedgwood neighborhood has obviously been woven into the tapestry of the area for years. A tapestry that aint got a lot of color in it! Its cool, what the place lacks in diversity, it makes up for in personable service. This is the type of place where people know your name. People go there to connect with friends and neighbors and talk about whatever.

Decent coffeehouse with decent food. My only real grip with the place is that my not being a Seattle Seahawks fan compelled the owner (Janet) to inform me how lucky I was that I chose the self-serve coffee otherwise “We’d spit in your drink.” Classless for sure, but not out of the ordinary for a Seattle Seahawk fan; the most classless fans in the NFL.

Great little local coffeeshop. One of the best pumpkin lattes Ive had for the season. They have ample vegetarian options which is always a plus. Wifi is free. However, there are signs at the table stating a time limit during their lunch hours. Beware if youre looking for a coffeehouse that you can hang out at all day.

This is a great little coffee shop hidden away in the Lake City area. I was impressed with both the service and quality of the coffee. Bit cramped on the inside, so maybe take it to go, but if its not crowded when you go in then the atmosphere is nice for a coffee break or breakfast stop.

Love this little coffee shop! The baristas here are friendly, skilled, and efficient. They make great coffee and have a great lunch menu. Its always filled with happy customers. Unfortunately, they lack gluten-free menu choices, or I would have given 5 stars. Still highly recommend!

Im not a coffee drinker but I love their hot chocolate (make sure you ask for the good chocolate and make it strong). The staff is always very friendly and outgoing. Its obvious they know their regulars and care about keeping people happy.

A great little neighborhood coffee house with some bagels, sandwiches, coffee cake and other food items. We eat breakfast (coffee, bagel, coffee cake) every couple of weeks. Awesome staff! Check it out!
