Messy but.. WOW! Ive been a regular at the Truck for more than three years, long before the restaurant existed. The Bad Lieutenant is kind of the go to with pulled pork, sauce and coleslaw, its very classic. The ThanksGetting is a huge surprise with sweet and savory. My favorite of them all is one they only have rarely called the Raul Ca$hflow, a play on a Cuban sandwich but with a hotlink and egg, the aioli and pickle make this probably my favorite sandwich of all time. Like I said, these sandwiches are very messy. Lean into your food! But theyre happy to make a sandwich in a "bowl" over home fries or arugula if you absolutely need to knife and fork it. The home fries are a bit less fried than boiled, but still good, their own style. The Chipoltle Mac & Cheese is my go-to side. The Viking Stew is a sort of potato curry, quite good also. The cost is a bit of an issue. $10 - $15 for a lunch is hard to justify daily, but once a week is doable. This is a treat for me more than a staple. I hope theyre doing well financially and will survive because these sandwiches are truly amazing. I absolutely recommend you check them out.

Seriously, THE BEST SANDWICH I HAVE EVER HAD.... EVER. I ordered off UberEATS and was a little bummed the sides werent an option but when I called I was greeted sweetly by a lady who informed me she would add the side for me when my Uber came to pick it up! The food came and was absolutely AMAZING. Juicy meat paired perfectly with peppers,grilled onions and an amazing helping of cheese! Yall are my new favorites and I will definitely be ordering again!! I order this from Uber Eats and it is one of my favorite places! The Fidel Cashflow is very flavorful and delicious. The Bad Lieutenant is huge, with juicy, delicious meats. The Ragnar was also quite tasty. Weve also tried their fries, sweet potato tots, and chipotle Mac salad. And each of those was worthy of sitting beside these incredible sandwiches. I highly recommend this place for a delicious, filling, well-priced meal. I love Valhalla.

The Ragnar club was good but hardly great. Meats were juicy and sandwich was hot and fast, but the honey mustard was an odd flavor choice and overpowered the composition. This would be fine festival food, but for $9 it should just be better. Restaurant was clean and friendly, but fairly generic and no Norse tie evident in food, decor, or drinks. Beer selection was light... literally...with nothing darker than Mannys.

Though Ive seen their food truck around for years, I hadnt tried it yet. Then their sit-down spot opened, and I took my kids. Awesome! I had the chicken sandwich with chorizo (El Duderino), which was outstanding! And although she was reluctant to try it, my daughter proclaimed their grilled cheese "the best shes ever had"! We will be back!

This is a great sandwich shop. We have been there a couple of times and the food is great. The people are very friendly and helpful. If you want to make a little change to your sandwich they will obliged you. The sandwiches are a good size but if you are hungry these will be just right. We will be back to work our way through the menu.

Definitely one of my favorite sandwich shops. I always call ahead and order the pulled pork sandwich and they decompose it for me so everything is packed separate (bun, sauce, coleslaw) and I can build it at home and ita not a soggy mess! So yummy

Amazing sandwich shop love to call in or swing by for very unique yet quick sandwiches. Definitely try the "duderino", though you may never order anything different from there again its so good! Whoever thought to put chorizo on there is a genius!

Took a break from Paleo to enjoy a wonderful sandwich - happy that I chose here for the break! My sandwich was delicious and came out super fast, and the sweet potato tater tots were great! Will definitely come here again.

Superb sandwiches arrive after a very brief wait. I have tried the Duderino and the Bad Lieutenant (my favorite so far) and they were both excellent. Great place to just sit down and enjoy a great sandwich.

Sammy was yummy but a bit pricey. Friendly staff but we couldnt sit outside. Only 2 tables. If you get a table outside dont plan on an ice cold beer with that sam. Cant have it outside.
