Usually this place is perfect. Im come here instead of the one by burger king even though its closer to where I live and I come in about 1-3 times/week. The woman with the heavy accent is fantastic and I would give them a 5 star rating if I always had her. Whenever I have Rosy as my sandwich artist, its a different story. I understand the stress of working at Subway since I used to work at one and that everyone has a bad day, but there is no excuse for her behavior. When she asked what vegetables I wanted, I said everything but pickles, jalapenos, and as she proceeded to put lettuce on it, thats another vegetable I didnt want. When I said its absolutely ok, she scrapped the lettuce off, as well as a good portion of the sauce off and threw it into their garbage in a manner that made a mess so she had to clean that up as well. Not to mention she started to roll her eyes and scowl. Im never rude to people making my food or drinks so much that I happily waited at a Panera bread for over 40 minutes for one sandwich so they could train a guy during rush hour. I still wasnt rude to her after that, I just stopped smiling. I get it, things happen, but I never get a smile, hello, or even unemotional service from her. I couldnt care less if you were a drone, but dont be rude because you jumped the gun.

I come here occasionally because its right around the corner from my apartment, never have any problems. Its basically how a cookie cutter Subway should be run. No issues with orders or staff. Theyre polite enough, for Washington. I wish Subway would use some of their horrifying corporate powers everywhere on Earth to give me more reasonable amount of meat for the price they charge... but those are fixed and not the problem of the location itself. If youre hungry go for it. Not like theres any Jimmy Johns anywhere around here to choose from.

I hate coming here! The service sucks! Whenever Subway comes with any deals this Subway makes too many restrictions. OMG why is it that they put less meat less egg? The girls that work there always seem moody. Dont try coming in when they are about to open cause they make you wait because they "cleaning". I do like that the place is clean and sometimes the prices are good! But crappy service!

Im not sure what is up with all of the negative reviews. I work across the street, and come here for lunch a few times a week. Great location, always have fresh bread when I come in. Workers are polite, and care for your food. Will continue to grab lunch here! To the person claiming they dont accept coupons, that is false! My coupons have never been denied :)

Rude, dirty and cant even get an order right. I even stopped in here in a separate occasion because my 3-year old daughter had to use the restroom. They wouldnt let her unless I bought something. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

this has to be the cleanest store! seriously more clean then some 5 star restaurants. Come here all the time, sometimes even drive past other stores just to come to this store lol. The break and veggies are super fresh!

The owner thinks McDonald, Starbucks are fools by not having a lock on their bathrooms doors and insisted to charge 1 $ for my 8-year old to use the her bathroom.

Pleasant staff. Amazingly clean bathroom. It was so clean that I honestly wouldnt have minded if they made my sandwich in there. Best Subway Ive ever been in.

The owner fails to honor subway coupons placed in the paper and mail. So why bother going if I cant use them at the store.
