Havent been to this location in a few year, I was near and saw that they had a veggie friendly menu. This location was so dirty, napkins everywhere, cups tipped over and left on the tables and straw wrappers all over. I ordered a veggie sandwich and added chips and drink. Cashier took my money, and I stood there waiting for my chips. She asked if she could help me and I asked for my chips and drink. She said she had not charged me for those items and looked annoyed. Now I remember why I stopped coming in.

Went to pay with credit card, cashier told me that name did not match my card electronically. Told her she has issue with system. She disagreed and proceeded to argue with me. They also overcharged me, I found out when I called my bank to sort this out. Bank found no problems and said square had issues. The cashier told me to make sure I have matching cards before I come in. I told her all I need is my card and Id. She still argued. Terrible service

Came in Sunday, 25 minutes before close. Apparently they wont make a meatball that late because they "are about to close" bummer but ok, be lazy and Ill order something else. Two sandwiches, one for my son. Just ham and cheese, nothing else on it apparently means, lettuce and pickles and mayo. To bad this place has poor employees. Wont return, grow up and put in the work to keep customer coming back! LISTEN to the orders! If your not sure, ask.

Rude customer service. Order was incorrect.They were very frugal on the veggies for a veggie sandwich for the price. Ive been going there along time and I have watched their customer service and food go down hill. Theres too many places out there to waste your money there. Emailed company and they never fully followed up with it. I rather go to a place that appreciates their customers and take pride in their food.

Meat was properly cooked about all i can say they did properly. We have been going to this place for years for mediocre sandwiches. Went today had horrible customer service. My sandwich had everything i asked not to have on it. My wife always gets the panini but the bread was old/dry this time. Will not be going back to this place as our sandwiches took about 20min tobe served on top of everything.

Ive been going every Tuesday and every time I enjoy a very good sandwhich. Fills me up and doesnt make me feel tired like subway. Defiently better than subway since they know more freshness than subway. Enjoy that they walk it out to you weather youre eating there or not.

id say 3.5 stars. bomb panini! order was 4-5mins wait for a hot sammich. the tables and floor couldve been cleaner. toilet seat was cracked, not that we cared but they made an effort to tell us...? price is on par with the deliciousness.
