Easily the best chicken in Puget Sound. Theres a reason they run out (note to those who gave 1 star because they missed out: places noted for good food attract attention and will run out. Try a different day. Plan ahead. Get there BEFORE the rush). Staff is quick, attentive, pleasant, and well informed. The space is a bit small, but certainly manageable with enough parking in front or in the small lot next door. Back to the most important part: the food. The chicken is exceptional, regardless of white meat, dark meat, or served in a sandwich. While Ive never done the naked chicken, I have noticed that the mild is hot, the hot is only slightly hotter, and the insanity is not as hot as you would expect. The sides are executed pretty exceptionally with the good old fashion fries being much better than fried potatoes have any right to be. The Gouda mac and cheese is indulgently creamy and the perfect thing for cutting through the spice. If theres any downside it is that Sisters & Brothers is so good that unless you plan carefully youll wind up waiting for a seat or missing out on the chicken. Again, this can all be handled with an ounce of forethought. Get there early! Have a late lunch or an early dinner. tl;dr: Eat here. Its excellent.

Way too expensive for my taste, $ 14 + tax+ tip for a leg & a thigh. (2 pieces) It came with one side, which I picked cabbage slaw. The small burnt fried chicken was served on a piece of white bread. It tasted okay, but not worth $18 that I paid. My co-worker said it is his only visit because it was not $24 he paid for 3 pieces of chicken, french fries, coleslaw and a coke. The fried chickens were fried until burnt and were rather small pieces. The spices were good and tasty, but not worth the money. The menu was simple one page food and the back side was drinks. The place is across from King county airport on Albro place. It is a bar, which said opens all day and night, but the food opens 11am. We were there as the food section opened @11am. The place received a few well dress workers from the King County airport during lunch hours. We received pretty good service from the bartender/waiter. I think this place is busy because there are not many places for sitting down lunch. This is considered George Town, an Industrial area and next to the airport. Dont go if you are hungry or you have money.

Disappointed is the best one word descriptor. Wanted to like it, perhaps it was a bad day? I think there was only 1 server on for our meal because he seemed harried, and struggled with our orders. Also, our meals were auctioned off rather than being assigned to seat numbers, and we caught grief when denying a meal that absolutely did not belong to our table... wtf, your failing not ours. Im pretty sure I didnt get the plain chicken I ordered because my chicken had red speckles and had some heat - I love spicy food so I was fine but a person who cant do spice would be in for a shock. IMO, if youre craving fancy fried chicken go to the Wandering Goose on a Friday or Ezells any day and youll get better chicken, and predictable service for a better price.

The tables we sat on were arcades modified into dining tables...definitely a conversation starter. We got the half chicken with mild heat ($24 I think) for each couple and some sides. I have not come across this kind of style of friend chicken before as it was sweet, tangy, and had a dry spice. My group really liked our meal, and finished everything we ordered. Friend green tomatoes were perfect. Fried okra was good, and surprisingly cut lengthwise/julienned instead of the usual cooked whole or cut in coins. They were understaffed that evening so the bartender was doing extra work as the host. He still made our night with his dry humor. Will be back for more!

Poor reception, walked in greeted by gentleman asked how many in my party told him four then asked to wait outside. Several more groups arrived after us put were seated before. When I asked the second gentleman why we were passed up he then asked for my name but could not find it on the list (never was asked by the first gentleman). He then told me that I would be next(Not) two other groups were seated thereafter before I asked again and was told that I was at the bottom. We left with no intention on returning. Not a good way to treat new customers. Would not give them any stars if I had a choice.

These guys couldnt handle a one top! Forgot about me after I asked them not to forget about me......then they brought me out the wrong food which was a sandwich that only had half of the sandwich complete. The manager was my waiter so when I brought it to his attention. Said he would bring me my check and to leave. After I told him I wasnt paying for it...... I was called "a f@got" and made a comment about having a small di#k" He also managed to do all this while eatting and stuffing his face. Who does this?? LMAO it doesnt get any classier than this!

The food was fine, but our waiter was incredibly rude. I don’t know if he was having an off day or what. He gave me the wrong order and then became very defensive when I told him I had ordered something else. He didn’t understand how to split the check (five orders split four ways) and proceeded to belittle everyone at the table, making it seem like we were at fault for his lack of comprehension. Up to this point I thought he was only being rude to us, but I then overheard him being extremely rude to the two women seated behind us.

The food and cocktails are terrific. Think like... the baby boomers do Nashville. Great chicken, perfect booze. The service is frank, friendly, and efficient. In my experience, this isnt a great place for a roving gang of yuppies to show up with their toddlers (its a bar, guys), but from what Ive witnessed, the people who work here do everything in their power to deal with that most difficult type of crowd. I come here once a week, and Im always super happy.

This isnt like any kind of fried chicken you have had before, unless you are familiar with Nashville style chicken. This spicy, like their mild would rate four out of five stars at a Thai restaurant. They do sell "naked" with out the spice, but go for the mild, it is outstanding. Bone in, or the boneless tenders, both are really good. Great sides as well, small casual funky bar atmosphere with bar.

This place has great and very spicy chicken. The chicken sandwich with a "hot" heat level is tasty and will leave you sweating. Also, the fries and fried green tomatoes are really good. Cheep beers and a list of craft cocktails are set in a dive atmosphere and you can play classic video games like Mrs. PacMan. Dont go if youre in a hurry though, chicken is cooked to order so it takes some time.

worst experience Ive ever had in Seattle. I would give zero stars but thats not an option. 1. worst service (rather no service). 2. mediocre food - not only have I had much much much better fried chicken elsewhere, but all of our dishes came out lukewarm. 3. we got there right when it opened at 11 am and they had run out of 2 of the 4 dishes on the menu. 4. worst service.
