They dont know if they are a Bar or a Restaurant. Some days theyve got a security guard who IDs everyone, some days they dont. Ive seen children in there, so Im not sure why they ID at the door in the first place. If there is a security guard, I keep on going to the next bar or restaurant down the street. Sometimes they shut down the kitchen early, sometimes they dont. Theyve got a small beer selection compared to other local bars (100+ beer selections across the street), and the food is very limited compared to the local restaurants. Ive ordered a burger three times, none of which I finished they tasted so bad. I live upstairs and would rather go somewhere else with better food and a larger beer selection.

Despite the name and location, Quality Athletics is not a sports bar. The outside area is nice, but make sure you go before a game because they will be closed after the game (which is also why you cant watch a game there--theyll be closed up before its over). Its bizarre walking home with thousands of other people and seeing it dark and closed. The menu looks like someone tried and failed to fancy up sports bar food, the result being overpriced food that has no apparent audience. QA might be worth a stop for a drink before a game, but its not worth much else.

Go here for their burgers, yes they are way overpriced at about ~20 a plate, but the food is pretty good. Dont order things on tap. The last few times I have been here the ciders on tab have had an off chemical taste, as if they did not wash out the kegs enough. Menu is small, which is not a bad things since they do a good job with the quality they put out. They have a large outside seating area which is great in the summer time. Just be sure to keep your bags in site, the area is not great and things have been stolen from the outside seating area.

Overall great place!! Ive been here a few times and will go back again. But, I wasnt very pleased with my burger. The hard part of cooking a good homemade burger is keeping them flat. I know firsthand that it takes a lot of time and shaping to get a good burger that stays flat and doesnt fall apart. This burger was round... The pattie stayed together but everything else fell apart. The toppings slid off and the bun tore. Id recommend the Raman bowl or the hot wings.

I had the Wagyu Bourguignon, aka French Beef Stew. It was well-seasoned and rich but served not quite hot enough and Wagyu-light. There was only one other person in there and they close at 9. This was a weeknight but still. Standard gratuity is added to the check here which is odd but fine. I like the fire pits and the bartender. I dont like the theme or the name. I legit forgot it was a restaurant. It should have a theme around those fire pits. Those are the draw.

Food was okay, but servers and bartenders dont seem to really care. Place was nearly empty, there were three bartenders behind the counter and I had to ask for ask for a drink after waiting for about a minute. Its a popular pregame spot for baseball, football and soccer games, but as there are plenty of other places in the area with better food and better service, Ill be going elsewhere when Im in the area.

Great, casual yet trendy atmosphere. Sort of a sports bar meets downtown grill vibe with delicious comfort food options and a large outdoor patio area. If there were a burger worth the almost 17 dollar menu price, it would be the "Quality Burger with hand cut, skin on fries." After tax and tip I ended up paying 21 dollars for a burger and fries. I think Ill just stick to beer next time.

*For happy hour, go to King Street Bar and Oven for half the price, the rest of my review still stands.* A bit pricey ($14 for a burger, appetizers average $10), but definitely worth a trip or two because their offerings all have just enough done very well or a little differently to justify paying a little more. Id recommend Quality Athletics over FX Mcrorys on a game day.

Not a sports bar just a heads up. Tried to watch an important game and missed the first 10 mins because the tvs were on Formula 1, womens basketball, a soccer game that had already been played. Literally watched 3 tables leave because they only got waters and server never came back. Pretty limited menu and expensive... Great fire pits though. Just not a sports bar.

Best place to catch a game or grab drinks before an event at Safeco/Clink/Wamu in Sodo. This is a Seattle sports themed sit down restaurant with bar seating. Great happy hour deals and you can count on them playing Seattle Sports on their abundance of TVs. Service is exceptional from the hostesses to the servers. to the manager Mark. Definitely worth a visit!

I used to really like this place but I recently went and it was not a good experience. They were completely unprepared for happy hour. There was one waiter for the whole bar and only came to our table once every hour. They also took wine off the happy hour menu, so thats lame. Not planning on going back anytime soon.

Pretty nice place, good service however I thought my food was a little more salty that what I like. If being in a louder environment is you gig then this is it. The chicken sandwich that I had was tender but salty... Fries were really good though.

I was disappointed with the limited menu options. Recently relocated to the area and was excited to try QA for dinner but felt limited to appetizers and happy hour options. Great place for a drink and snack but I would not recommend QA for dinner.

Overpriced, the menu is limited in options and the only thing palatable was the Caesar salad, ramen came from packet far too oversalted. Would recommend skip this place and go to the Jimmy Johns nearby or any other place in pioneer square honestly

$9 for a beer? I would expect that IN the stadiums but seriously. "Youre in the heart of Seattle." I was told. Gimme a break. I live here ... but now I know where not to go to grab a quick beer. At least the beer was good but selection is minimal

Ordered one thing, brought me something different. When i asked about it they said they ran out of the other thing. They didnt give me the option to change my order. Charged me for the item that they ran out of, which was more expensive.

The sausage was very good. A hint of spice but nothing crazy at all. Great atmosphere for a game and several large tvs for watching the game. Just a block away from Century Link Stadium and Safeco Field. Very good service as well.

It gets a little rowdy on game days, but if thats your scene this place is great. The lunch offering beats the pants off other restaurants in the area (taste and quality), but its a little on the pricey side for what get.

Great place before and after a game, of for lunch or happy hour. Food selection is limited for lunch, but many of the items they do have are rather unique. For lunch I recommend the Ceaser salad with smoked salmon.
