So glad I dont have to support those over-rated old Seattle burger places anymore. The quality of Five Guys is better and service is great. I dont eat burgers but my kids do and when I make homemade burgers its always with grass fed meat. My kids say only five guys make burgers as tasty as mine. We have stopped going there. The fries were cold on the inside and the burgers tasted grisly. They make the milkshakes and fries before your burgers and if it is a "to go" order your eating melted milkshake and lukewarm fries.

A great 5 guys that upholds the franchise name. Manager is willing to work hard to make you feel at home. Doesnt have a wage slaves feel. Cleaner then almost anything else in seattle. Ill repeat that. This place is clean despite Seattles horrible reputation for food. This place looks like people actually work here and are fired if they dont clean it. I cant stress that enough. It they referred to be exclusively in racial slurs it would still be worth a 4/5

I love Five Guys! They make a great burger that can made as simple as you want or as crazy as you want with all their available toppings. There is free parking in the basement of the shopping complex and an escaltor to take from below right to the main door for the restaurant. The employees are friendly and make my order correctly every time I go.

I was that guy about 10 minutes before closing time a few days ago, and ordered two cheeseburgers for me and a friend. While I got a few eye rolls, the food was cooked per the normal Five Guys standard (excellent) and treated myself to a fancy Raspberry - Coke - Strawberry - Mello Yellow soft drink. Afterwards I entered diabetic shock, it was nice.

They got my order wrong, even after repeating twice, called and spoke with management. They said they would refund my money and left my name, when I went back to get my refund, a different manager told he wouldnt refund my money.... wont be back, there are several other great burger places around Ballard.

Everyone always has a smile and treats me with respect. Orders always come the way I like it. Healthy serving of fries and they let you eat and throw complimentary peanut shells on the ground as youre waiting for your burger. Cool atmosphere. Who needs in n out when you have 5 guys!

The BEST indoor outside bbq tasting burger in all of Seattle. .. and the customer service was exceptional. If you have peanut allergies you do not want to go there... they have buckets of peanuts to snack on while they build your burger to your liking.

Five guys is better than a McDonalds, but personally I go to the Wendys around the corner when Im hungry for fast food. I like the milkshakes here. Try chocolate banana. Another good option is a hotdog with bacon, mushrooms, and jalapenos.

Sorry but 19.11 for a crushed double bacon cheese burger, fries and a shake plus soda, is a rip off. Go to Chellos or 99 and have a sit down meal where they even serve on real plates, and clean up afterwards. Same price or cheaper.

Delicious greasy burgers and fries in a brown paper bag. While they are good, I feel like its a little bit expensive. Be careful when ordering the fries, it will always be more than you expect (large fries serve 4-5 people!).

If you havent been to a Five Guys yet, what are you waiting for? One of my favorite burger places, free peanuts, free toppings, and they always purposely give you too many fries. Two people can share a small fry order.

One of the better Five Guys Ive been to. The staff was very nice - my nephew dropped half of his milkshake on the floor and their reaction was to offer a replacement. A+ for costumer service!
