I work down the street and in the past year or 3, Ive been coming to this Panda Express location a lot, I mean a lot, like at least once a month! In all my visits, only once have I had an issue-which the manager on duty took immediate action to resolve and provide complete customer satisfaction. About half the staff is friendly, the rest at least get the job done. The food is normally warm and fresh, and its Panda-if you want more portions, you can simply ask for more. I would say the biggest issue is that this restaurant is located next to a bus stop, and Richmond is the hood, so theres a fair share of homeless and ratchet entertaining people and people watching that youll be forced to take in. But some people, like myself, dont really mind it as its so entertaining!

Worst Panda Express I have ever been to. Opening times vary anywhere from 10:30 to 12:00, quality of food varies from uneatable to bearable, service varies from rude to always rude. The only constant here are the shady people that frequent this place and the music turned up so loud it distorts the sound. I have had to return food either because it was so undercooked I was scared I would become sick from it or it was so fried that not even a dog would want to eat it. Corporate Panda Express needs to take a close look at this franchise because they are making a bad name for every Panda Express out there. Do not eat here.

Honey walnut shrimp ends up WAY TO EXPENSIVE as an entree with the 7 (SEVEN) pieces they give you I asked for more and the attendant told me she cant because they are supposed to be 7. I can understand probably why the seven-only pieces rather than the good luck....BUT, WHY THEY DONT COUNT THE PIECES IN ORANGE CHICKEN TOO...? Im not begging for donated food, Im paying for it !!! Is not looking just bad is so annoying watch them do it. The standards are so poor and unfair.

I have eaten food from this restaurant twice. Both times food has been freshly cooked. The Mixed vegetables have been great. Not all mushy and over cooked, but fresh and crisp and still have texture to them. I was apprehensive about ordering them at first. Happy I chose to order them. I also have had the String Bean Chicken Breast and Honey Walnut Shrimp and a bite of someone elses Orange Chicken. They have all been very good. I will be back

New owners Indians.....lots of arguments between cook and servers....most containers were emty or just a bit of food....did not look fresh at all.... New owners are penny pinching the food and want to sell every little bit of the old food....So they wont cook fresh....avoid this place new owner dont understand the consep of costumer service.

What did I like about it? You should ask, what is there to like about it? To bad the food isnt as good as the photos portrayal of the food. Went to Panda Express to buy orange sauce. Non in stock and Panda Express doesnt even sale sauce online.
