Ive been here many times in the past years. Its a clean shop on a block thats not so clean. Theres almost always space inside. The food always arrives within minutes. Their chicken and meat loaf are delicious. I think at one time, I had that 10-15 times in 2 months and didnt get sick of it, which almost never happens for me. I recently tried their limited $7 BLT Chicken Burger. It was quite amazing and, dare I say, better than similar burgers next door at Smashburger. Overall, the restaurant is always a safe bet for lunch.

The food was a little more mediocre than I remember it, although some of the sides are OK. Others taste a bit like they came out of a can. The staff is kind and gentle, which is why Ive given the place 2 starts instead of 1. Its kind of like a fast food restaurant for thanksgiving type meals. Either Ive gotten pickier than 10 years ago when I used to work close by, or the chain has cut cost at the expense of the quality of their food.

Its too bad this is the only location in San Francisco. Customer service is terrible at best. Staff food handling is questionable. But the pre-made food is always good and fresh. Parking lot is free.

Sad environment and decor, staff nice, but clearly overworked. Theyre hesitant to explain their catering service, and instead pointed to a table with basic flyers. Will not return.

Really good food. Just like mom use to make kind of food. Only bad thing is the prices. its a bit pricer than other places like this but worth it. Gotta love their cornbread.
