Like most times Ive been to panda express, their rice is always dry. Today I decide to get a rice bowl of steamed rice and kungpao chicken. The rice was so uncooked, hard and dry and the chicken was burnt, salty and dry. So I decided to get some angus beef steak to ease this awful experience I was having only for them to tell me I had to pay $5.99 for a $1.95 item. I feel this is a complete rip off and totally unfair to customers. I shouldnt be paying for what am not getting and the services we do pay to get should at least be enjoyable.

The lines here are a bit long, they tend to go by fast anyhow. The quality if the service here is friendly, theres a bit of a rush but the workers are patient. The quality of the food 5/5, the rice is cooked, the chow-mien tastes correct, and the entrées dont disappoint.

The food used to be great here about a year and a half ago and today I had food with my wife and the food was not as good as it used to be looks like theres new cooks and new staff wish it was like it used to be everything was overcooked a little pricey
