Ive been ordering Padrinos for delivery for several years now--probably as long as theyve been in Columbia City. Im not sure what caused the first reviewer such a negative experience--in fact his review seems custom-designed to include every possible negative, from trouble ordering, to bad food, to just happening to run into a delivery guy who was rude to him. So heres my experience, which is different in every way from his. Padrinos pizzas are loaded with good ingredients, and taste far better than anyone elses Ive had in South Seattle, including some well-reviewed dine-in places. Since I discovered them, I havent ordered from anyone else. Ordering has always been easy and painless, and the delivery staff have always been courteous. As if that wasnt enough to cement an overall good experience, the pizza arrives on time or early. Oh, and the stromboli? I only ordered it once, but it was thoroughly delicious.

I definitely see what the first reviewer was talking about, its hard to order from them. They dont understand English very much so unless youre a gambler it would probably be better if you went in for takeout and pointed to what you wanted. When my order arrived it wasnt what I ordered. But it took so long that I didnt really complain I just figured I would write this review. The quality of the food isnt that great either. I dont mind paying more money than I would at Pizza Hut or some kind of chain like that if the food is genuine. They charge an exorbitant amount of money for sub par food.

I order delivery from Padrino’s through an app called GrubHub. I always order at night. (They close at 11pm). From the handful of times Ive ordered from them their food has had a good authentic taste. Wait time on deliveries is the same as if you were ordering from Pizza Hut or any other pizza delivery, about an hour or so. Never have had any problems with the food or customer service. My favorite part about Padrino’s is that their delivery order minimum is only $10!!! Whereas most other delivery places in Seattle are $20-$30+

I just ordered a delivery special. L pizza/10 cheese sticks and a 2L. Not wanting the ridiculous amount of cheese, I asked if I could switch out the mozzerella sticks for a cheaper app. They said no. So I asked that they not include them and they said then I could not have the special. . . !!?? Isnt this a Mom and Pops pizza place? What kind of rigid corporate BS is that? Customer service get 2 stars only thanks to the nice lady on the phone. Manager gets none. Well see how the pizza is. . . Better be awesome.

Much better place after new management. Food is tasty and prices are a bit high but not too bad. Bad is the parking as its shared with a fish and chip store, hair salon, insurance agent, massage clinic and a day care. About 10 parking in all and in all likelihood already filled. You will have to find street parking which is difficult as well.

The food is good, I order from them quite often, and the issues I have is when I order they determine whether or not they wanna deliver to me then they will stop answering my phone calls. I DONT RECOMEND ANYONE ORDER THEIR FOOD ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT, horrible horrible customer service
