As a customer, one thing that really bothers me is when I feel like Im troubling people to do their jobs. My buddy and I walk into this joint and there is no one to be seen. Shortly after that, a woman emerges from behind a drink cooler looking more like an Eskimo ready for a long winters nap complete with knit beanie cap, than a host/waitress. The place is completely empty of any other customers so she tells us to go ahead and sit anywhere. We pick one of about 6 tables and have a seat as she hands us each a sticky, laminated 8"x10" piece of paper or, "menu" if you prefer. My buddy has been here before and recommends the tiki masala and garlic naan so we order 2 of those. The waitress brings us each a glass of ice water but never once asked if we would like to have anything different to drink. It took a long time to get our food which was a slight concern seeing as my buddy was on the clock and could get called away at any moment but luckily he didnt. When the food came, the waitress first delivered a plate of rice to each of us and then came back with two plates of the masala. We had made more than enough room on our table to accommodate everything however she put our masala on the next table over. Seemed a bit strange to me. The food itself was actually pretty good. Good flavor and the right amount of heat but the ratio was off in my opinion. I would have liked more masala and less rice. The garlic naan was oily and Im not sure why but it was good as well. As far as value goes, I wont be returning. I received a coupon for 20% off of our meal because I checked in on Yelp and the price tag was still too high in my opinion. I mean really, 6 to 10 very small chunks of meat in some gravy over a pile of rice? The markup on their food is astronomical. I love me some Indian food but here is not the place to get it. Thanks for reading.

Worst Indian food I have ever had so far. I am a Punjabi myself and I know what a traditional Indian Punjabi food should taste like. After my return flight to Seattle in the evening, I came here for a dinner on May-25, 2015 as it was very close to airport. Restaurant was not at all crowded at that time. On entry, I noticed that this place lacks cleanliness and has a very poor ambiance, but looking at the existing google reviews - I thought to try it once with a thought that sometime authentic Indian restaurants serve good food even if the ambiance is not good. Turned out that it was a BAD decision on my end. I ordered Dal Makhani & Palak paneer and to my utter disappointment, these dishes didnt even look close to what they should be. Dal Makhani was the worst ever I tasted in my life, and Palak Paneer was not at all up to any standards of a 4 start Indian restaurant. On mentioning this to the servers, there was no proper response or explanation and they kind of just ignored me. A good business decision from them at that time could have been at least not to charge me for Dal Makhani which I did not eat after my first spoon of tasting it, but they charged for it completely. That forced me to put this review for awareness of others who plan to come here next time. This restaurant dont even deserve anything near the name that they have chosen for it. No cleanliness, bad seating arrangement, worst food..rather they can do me a favor and change the name to Worst of India.

Finding great Indian food while I travel has been difficult, at least if I dont want to spend $20+ per person... While on my annual trek to SeaTac for a convention, I was taken to Best Of India by friends who had dined there earlier that weekend. While the atmosphere is plain, the food is not. I found my dish to be exceptional, as did the other three diners in my group. Price was excellent, as was the service. I hope to find Hassan Shah still owning the place when I return in September of 2014. It was so good this time, I hope to find time for at least two dinners there during my next visit. If you are at the airport or a nearby hotel and do not have ground transportation, use the "dollar rent-a-car" shuttle from the SeaTac terminal - the restaurant is right across the street from Dollar.

Worst experience and food ever, When we went to pick up our order, he charged us much higher prices than were listed on the website. He insisted that he is not responsible for the prices listed on his website, What??? Are you kidding!! He argued and argued with us, until we were about to walk out, and then agreed to give it to us for the posted price, Wish we had kept walking. The Tandoori "Prawns" were a few little dried up shrimp on a bed of raw onions. Completely inedible. Went in the trash. I called back immediately, but the manager had already left. Woman I spoke to said she would have the manager call me back the next morning. Never heard from him. Dont ever eat there; you will regret it. We certainly do.

I actually didnt go to this place. But..... I used the subway next door. I buy a sandwich and use theyre restrooms everytime I go there because Im an uber driver and standby at the airport lot. Today, I went in there and a male was in there (that also forgot to lock the door). When he came out he went to the door that goes back to the best of India restaurant. When I went in I saw that the guy pissed all over the toilet seat. I went to see if it was just a customer but the place was closed. So either he owns it or works there. Either way. Thats nasty. No care or common courtesy is an automatic 1 star in my book. Never gunna eat there now.

Bad experience with rotten foods. How in the world they serve food that should been over months. It was peas taste like lime, lentils soup with turmeric powder every bites. Im very upset and shameful to the owner who stated we complain because we dont wanna pay for it. I was very pleased and started conversation with mam"Im not complaining because I dont want to pay but food have different taste than what it usually taste." The first thing she said was"if you dont wanna pay it is different but we serve fresh food." she insisted the soup comes with rolls of turmeric powder. What a bad customer service.

My husband and I have been regulars here for about a year. When we saw that the company had been taken over by new management, we had our concerns. It turns out, change was for the best! Management is super friendly, helpful, and personal. The food is the best Indian food between Federal Way and Seattle. The chicken is tender and juicy, the rice is fluffy, flavorful, and moist, and the naan is cooked to perfection. They arent shy on the spice and can adjust for you if necessary. I highly recommend!

We decided to check it out hence both my wife and I love Indian food. Place is really small and aims to be Indian fast food bistro which it is. We almost left the place because it is very small and simple(it was Saturday night) but after trying few samples decided to stay to no regrets. Food tasted great not too salty or too spicy and not fatty and was inexpensive. Great value for the money. Staff was friendly and proactive. We will come back. Great place for lunch
