Nice little sandwich shop! Not much parking, a few spots on the left and right of the building, other than that there is street parking just south of the building. Inside there are a few tables and chairs, everything seems clean, menu is clearly posted. I came in on a Friday afternoon and there was only one gentleman working, with another customer waiting for his sandwich. Service is quick, only had to wait a few minutes. The sandwiches are pretty nice, like buying nice meat, cheese, veggies and bread fresh from Costco or SAMs club and making a sandwich at home. Walks all over places like jimmy johns or subway, on par with Jersey Mikes, anyways - Ill be back (terminator voice)

I remember going to this sub shop in high school. Just a minutes walk, quick, freshly sliced meat on the best bread of any sandwich shop. Its been there for 28 years now and I am still a regular after 25 years. My parents used to go there, my son went there, and Im sure my grand kids will eat there too. Currently they only take cash but plan to except credit cards soon. This place is highly recommended. Its great for lunch, a picnic dinner along the river, or anytime you are in the mood for a great sandwich.

Been coming here for over 30 years, and every time I go, it remains the same, HUGE sandwiches big, like one called Big Bob, fresh bread, fresh meats, fresh cheeses, fresh vegetables, enough for both lunch and dinner. I now live in Marysville WA, and I only wish they would build another Sub Shop here. Until then I will make the drive to Renton. Best Sandwich shop ever. Thank you guys, and Gal.

Great submarine sandwiches to go. Call ahead. They charge a $1.00 fee for credit card payment for a transaction less than $7.00 so bring cash if youre buying a half sandwich. My favorite is ordering french bread w/ roast beef + LTO w/ mayo oil and vinegar. A "half" is plenty although your eyes will buy the "whole".

if you want a crappy 5 dollar foot long you know where to go. If you want a great sub at a fair price the answer is sub shop #8. My favorite is a 1/2 a number 1 with lettuce, tomato and onion. Hold the mustard and mayo, add a little oil and vinegar add a bag of jalapeno chips and a Snapple... Thats lunch!

Love it! I went in for the first time today. I didnt know what to get so i asked a customer what his favorite thing is. His reccomendation was GREAT! he says hes being coming here for 15 years! I love it. Huge sandwiches, great prices. awesome place.

To be honest... Its good, but I like Subway better!!! I went in & got what the guy at the front recommended "The Big Bob" .. Ordered a 1/2 cause the full was $10! Good... But wished I would of gone to Subway & got a full & tastier footlong for $5 :(

A delicious, tasty sandwich that manages to be a sub without being like all the other subs Ive ever eaten. Its not the best sandwich Ive ever eaten, but its a great sandwich, and its a cool local shop with good service!
