The first steps in and you feel it has a different vibe than any other "comfort grilled cheese place" place you have ever been before. Fast service from order time to getting the food. Reasonable prices especially for the very filling portions! Staff is awesome even during peak hours. "Settin the woods on fire" was what I had. It was delicious. Fresh thick tomatoes. Plenty of avocado in it! The perfect amount of spice. When you just bite into the sandwich as is, its good. Pair it with the tomato soup that they give you a little sauce cup of and it is divine! At first glance you might think it is small, but trust me they have the size down to a science that you can dip every bite to the very last bite! The rose lemonade is something to try out too! This place is a must go for all! They have vegetarian and even vegan options so if you think cheese or dairy will get in your way, they have you covered too!! Did I mention they serve it using waffles? Amazing combo!

This restaurant advertises gluten free options. Please realize this is not a safe dining location for someone with celiac disease. They use shared knives, shared cooking equipment and preparation areas. I attempted to politely educate the manager on how to safely serve someone with celiac disease. I work with celiac patients on a daily basis and social situations/dining out safely are a struggle. He was not interested in learning how to safely serve the celiac population. It was disappointing to say the least. I realize this is not a necessary accomodation to make but he is absolutely incorrect and putting people at risk when he is telling customers that the food is safe for someone with celiac disease. I do not expect him to cater to the celiac community but I do expect the correct information be given out and that people/business be polite when someone inquires regarding matters of their health.

On my first trip up to Napa, my friend and I asked locals which restaurants they would recommend and they directed us to Melted. It is now a staple part of my Napa experience. Both times, Ive ordered the number three, the "Good Morning Captain" and it may be difficult to try other things on the menu because I liked it so much. Instead of bread they put the sandwich on thin waffles which taste absolutely delicious. The venue itself isnt very large, it has a minimalist modern feel to it, and the staff, especially the general manager, was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend trying this spot. If you can, try to grab a table outside and enjoy the sunshine!

This place is amazing! Top notch sandwiches and service at a reasonable price. I had a hard time choosing what to order because it all looked so good! Ive never had waffles as bread before but it was delicious. It was soft yet crispy and sprinkled with parmesan. The dragon smoothie is really good too. And the employees were so nice and efficient. This place is a well oiled machine and I will definitely return!

Who cares about wine? This is the best reason to visit Napa!. The sandwiches here are made with waffle bread and served with a tomato soup for dipping. I got the Pork Chops Little Ditty, and it was absolutely amazing, both with the soup and without. On top of that, the staff was super friendly.

A great specialty restaurant. The breakfast grilled cheese was delicious and I would definiyely eat there again. The tomato basil soup is great for dipping but the syrup is better for breakfast.
