(We have been twice.. and the second was to try to see if service would be better on a day with no particularly popular game on the tv. ) Disorganized, uncomfortably loud, sloooow. This place is way too large to make guests wonder about seating and service. YOU NEED HOSTS!! There is no way to know where to sit, when you will get menus, or if you will even get a server. We wandered and finally found a table placed in an odd location, and far too close to the pool tables. Glad a booth finally opened, which we noticed only because we saw it and grabbed it. So, before we have even met a server, I want to leave. 2 stars for the quesadillas that we finally got to order and finally got to our table. They were yummy... but they were the only thing worth ordering and the only decent selection that is not fried. We got to see our server again only because she wanted us to pay our check as long as she was in the area. You are clearly understaffed for weekend evenings. You are lucky that there are enough people who apparently have low enough expectations to tolerate so many problems. Do not let the volume of customer traffic on weekend evenings mislead you into thinking that you are good. You have a LOT of work to do. Look at your ratings. People generally do not take the time to give feedback at all if they really dont care. Seems to me you have a lot of residents here who want to like you, but cant until you do some major overhauling to your operations. I hope that happens soon. Who does your hiring? Seems to me there is major sexism and ageism going on here. Do you want locals to frequent your establishment? Get to know who lives here. I will not and cannot recommend you to our house guests until you do some major overhauls to your customer service and menu. You call yourself a bar *AND GRILL*. As a bar, you have good drink selection, but your service is terrible. As a grill... well you really dont deserve to even use that description. This is all particularly disappointing because you are within easy walking distance. We were so excited to see a bar and grill opening so nearby...and now we are disappointed to find that we are better off driving elsewhere. Regarding someones review comment about giving you a chance... not sure why. Maybe Cheers could help me understand why this restaurant deserves it? There are known, proven models for providing excellent service. Why is that elluding you?

They would certainly secure me as a patron if the prices were reasonable. I wasnt happy with my experience at this place but I want to see it improve because its a great spot and its got 4 pools tables. I give it 3 stars as a token of good will since the average is 2.3 at this time. The place was empty at 11pm when I showed up. There was only the bartender sitting there watching one of the many TVs. I was so shocked it was awkward because the place looked nice. It was very clean, theres a great view, and --4 POOL TABLES!!-- How excited I was since I live within walking distance. However, I quickly realized something was terribly wrong once I learned their prices and got a closer look at their tables. The pools tables, balls, and sticks and cheap and WELL used. The sticks are at least straight yet somewhat dirty. This is still almost insulting considering their claim to having "some of the best tables in town". This is an outright lie. The felt is cheap. The tables look clean but are used and beat up. I can excuse anything for a good reliable place to shoot pool at a decent price but the tables here were $1 a rack! Its almost disgusting! This is unacceptable when there are 75 cent racks for beautiful new diamond tables, balls, and sticks 5 minutes away. I would drop $1 a rack on diamond tables shooting alone all night. These old Valley tables should be 50 cents a rack, 75 cents at the max. I would come here often to shoot around for a night if this were the case. Perhaps every night since its so close! A rack can be cleared FAST and even 75 cents a rack adds up. If Im paying $1 a rack, these better be the best tables I can find in the state, not cheap used bar tables that have been refinished. However, even if the tables were 25 cents a rack, it doesnt make up for the alcohol prices. The alcohol prices are insane at this place. A drink I can get for $5.75-7.75 elsewhere cost me $10 here for half the size. A pitcher of crap beer is $13 vs $8-10 elsewhere. Everything here is ludicrously more expensive and its a damned shame because its a great spot and its seems like a really nice place with huge potential. I did not try their food but I imagine I can only expect the same case in terms of price and quality. Regardless, 3 stars for good will. I will return someday soon and see if things have improved but I certainly wont recommend anyone come here until things change for the better.

Because the waitress was good, one star, otherwise I would give no stars. We got our drinks fairly quickly because of our good waitress. She came back and took our order within 15 minutes, but then the food didnt come for an hour and a half. We asked if there was anything we could eat, like bread or chips or something because we were so hungry, but the waitress said no, there wasnt anything like that. The chicken sandwich had a frozen chicken patty that was like rubber. We decided to take it home for the dog. The lettuce wrap was served with iceberg lettuce, and you cant make a wrap with chicken and sauce with that kind of lettuce, it breaks and falls apart. We ended up having to make a salad out of it in order to eat it. We told the waitress the issues we had with the food and she called the owner over. He didnt introduce himself, he only looked at the man in our party and completely disregarded the women. When my friend commented that the food at an Arizona Cheers was so much better, he said "Corporate has us make the food this way" but then completely contradicted himself a minute later by saying each Cheers is an individual franchise and doesnt have the same food. He comped my male friends food, but not mine and my female friends, because we had eaten it. But we had only eaten it because we had waited so long for the food and were so hungry by then! I dont recommend this place to anyone, dont waste your time and money, the food was terrible, and the owner was so rude and disrespectful. My friends and I will never go there again.

Stopped in around noon on "Super Bowl Sunday" for a quick bite and to try out the new place in town. There was about 5 people in the place when we sat. Waitress took our drink order....... 10 minutes later we received or drink. Soda water with lemon by the way. Hmmm. We order.. I ordered the lettuce wraps but apparently they dont make those on event days.(.I asked what the event was looking around and seeing NO ONE THERE. )or the street tacos or something else that the waitress couldnt remember.. so my husband ordered a steak wrap w/fries and I ordered a chicken flatbread pizza thing. 40 minutes later and never a heads up on our order we got our food.. I was asked if I needed anything when the waitress set our food down.. I asked for a side plate. She said ok.. ANYTHING else?? Hmmmm awkward.. she brought the plate and I asked if they had any crushed red pepper.. blank stare by waitress.. I said you know like red pepper flakes that you get on pizza.?.?.? She said... ummmmm I dont know but Ill ask.. cool thanks.. a few minutes later she brought me black pepper... ugh.. I worked in the restaurant industry for 15+ years.. I get it if your slammed, new, or having a rough day.. I didnt really see that happening to any of the staff there.. who were all on their phones most of the time. Needless to say we will not be back. I wish them the best and hope they get it together. It looks like a lot of money went into that place that has failed since the nineties..
