I enjoy having lunch at Chipotle. I am vegetarian, so the sofritas are my favorite, and I have been a customer since this restaurant opened not a while ago and I order the same thing every time I go there, a bowl of sofritas, pinto beans,brown rice, mild salsa, corn and lettuce, and I pay the same amount $6.80 with taxes. However, today I experienced a very bad service from a employee. I ordered the bowl of sofritas as usual, and I ask for another scoop of sofritas because I wouldnt ask for cheese, guess what? the employee charged me another $2.05 additional (cashier Victoria 02/16/14 at 3:53pm order#325). I was disappointed and angry the same time even though she apologized for charging me, then I told her that they dont know how to keep good customers. I am a good customer, and I have no plans to go there anymore. I will post this review on my Facebook and Tweeter accounts.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! I love Chipotle and have always been a fan! I was so excited to find out that they finally opened one locally in Sonoma County! This Mexican Fast Food restaurant is completely customizable to your order specification. (I recommend the Chicken bowl with a side of chips and Guac) Their chips and guacamole are both made fresh every day. You get to pick what all you want on either your salad, bowl, burrito, or tacos. Pick your meat, salsa, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, fajita mix... and more! Its great to dip your chips into a bowl too if you go that route. YUM YUM! Yes, this place gets busy because its so popular and you can wait in line for fast food so place your order either online, fax, or via their app and they will have it ready for pickup right when you walk in. Easy as that and no waiting in line! Happy eating!

The food at this particular establishment went from great to below standard. They were serving brown guacamole and they were out of most options. Aside from the food I noticed that the building isnt handicap accessible. No handicap parking, the entry door shows a handicap sign but the doors arent automatic. I could go on and on but to summarize; the experience was less than what anyone can expect from a chipotle.

This chipotle is THE best location Ive been to hands down! Staff is very friendly, the quality of the ingredients is superb! After a long hot day I stopped at this location, everything was so refreshing, they put out fresh lemons, delicious burrito. This chipotle is doing everything right!!

Tasty food and I feel healthy after eating it. My children have learned to order a kids meal with an extra adult size quesadilla bc they get so hungry. I did have a catering issue, but it was COMPLETELY resolved thanks to the help of Amanda.

The worker Shelby was sooooooo nice. The other lady to made my food literally put a tablespoon of meat in all my tacos. Really disappointed since I paid $12 for a meal with barely any protein

The service is great and most of the food, although the bag of chips are mostly all the time stale. Try the chips before you purchase them to make sure they are fresh!
