There is one woman who works days that has no clue how to make a blizzard. Its consistently runny and if you confront her about it she makes excuses as to why its that way. None of which implicate HER as being the problem. {the caramel melts the ice cream}. After waiting 10 min in the drive thru today for one, when the girl passed it out the window, and not upside down, I knew it was going to be a mess and it was! And I didnt ask for it to be free, which is says on their drive up menu! So had to get out of my car, take it inside, then the older woman says she will remake it but wont put in any chocolate or caramel so it will be thick! {but oh yes she gave me added pecans} WTH??? No other DQ has this issue, just this one. So what I got was a cup of ice cream and nuts. I plan to return it next time Im driving 30 min into town to get one. So beware...if your going to get a blizzard here wear a BIB because it will drip all over you before you leave the driveway!

5-24-16 I went there for lunch today, ordered the $5 lunch. I requested a no sugar added fudge bar instead of the sunday because of strict dietary restrictions. I was told that they wouldnt do that. I said theyve done it before because I cant have sugar due to stomach surgeries. She said, "well, Im the assistant manager and I say no. You can have a blizzard instead but not the no sugar added fudge bar." I said to cancel my entire order and I went somewhere else for lunch.

The dq is so bad here, they are glad to take your money but not even place your order, ive spent hours here throughout the times ive given it another chance waiting for my meal god knows how long this go around. I thought maybe since their re grand opening It would be better.if your a pedophile and like having kids under 18 making your food this is your spot. Corporate needs to send some actual customer service to this location and fire all the 14 year olds.

I attempted to go get a yummy rolo blizzard tonight at 9:00 pm, people were inside eating and they do not close until 10:00pm, yet I sit at the drive-thru and wait wait wait. Finally frustrated enough i backed up and moved forward over again. Than drove up to the window where a worker stood, looked right at me and looked away. What kind of shitty service is that! im calling to complain immediately.

Have come to this location after a store shut down to re train the management and staff, yet they still manage to get the simplest of orders wrong like a plain cheese burger, this will be the last time i will spend my hard earned money, my advice go else where for food as they will probably screw up your order

Just got served raw chicken in kids meals. I am beyond pissed and upset. If my kids get sick there will be hell to pay believe that. And all they said is call corporate to complain. Offered a refund. Bfd! And the girl in the drive thru was rude for no reason.

There is this counter guy who is very impressive. He is always friendly and helpful. This place has really recovered from the bad reviews when it first opened. All of the employees are great. I dont get impressed very easy and Im impressed.

DQ grill and chill says it all counter girl was hotter then their grill. And the cute little number running the drive through was all blue hair dont care. The flame thrower was hot but the ladies........ ouch

Went July 7. Food tasted ok. Blizzards were melted. Was with 3 family members and not 30 mins after we left the first one of us had diarrhea. Thats food poisoning. All 4 of us were sick with in 2 hours.
