I typically love Panera and have nothing but great experiences here. Tonights visit was extremely upsetting. Initially the service was good. We visited half an hour before closing. We asked if they would be ok if we dined in since they were closing soon and expressed we would be happy to order to go for their convience. They said it was completely fine, they still had half an hour until close. I noticed the manager was still on duty at this point in the evening. After we received our food and sat at our table to eat it, the staff began being extremely loud. They were burping loudly and saying "nice one!" Expressing that no one else better not walk through the door, loud enough for someone who might be in a bathroom with the door closed to hear I should add. Louding singing, rapping, making very strange and off putting noises. They even had some very vulgar comments at one point which I will not repeat but will say they were sexaully related and not censored. They repeated this phrase a few times, asking "are we home alone?" To the other staff to see if any patrons were still in the restaurant. They staff replied they were not alone but the phrase was repeated anyway. This type of behavior lasted our entire meal. I tried to see if the manager was still on staff before leaving but I did not see him behind the counter. I will be calling to complain as well. I hate to be the one who drops this but I work in customer service, very high up in the customer service industry. This was some of the worst service I have ever had to endure. My company even does business with Panera and I would highly considering dropping their service due to this awful instance. I do not wish to associate with people who feel it is ok to act like this while in a professional environment, while at work, or while customers are present in their establishment. I am very apualed and hope these employees who worked the closing shift on 6.16.2017 get a very stern talking to about their behaviors.

Hi Im Paula and this was my first visit at Panera bread. I wasnt all that satisfied. When I ate my mac and cheese it was insainly hawt and so was my tomato soup, they should give you a heads up. And when I took a bite of my blueberry muffin it tasted like straight up cornbread and it wasnt even close to thanksgiving. And my bread didnt come with nearly with enough butter. And my lemonade looked like smoothie, but then it sepperated like the juice was in bottom then the foam was on top. But I still drank it. And the chocolate croissant didnt have nearly enough chocolate. And the apples were way too small. But the Caesar salad was good but they should add more dressing to give it a satisfactory taste. The prices where on the steep side on a for real note.

I order breakfast for my family here once or twice a week via their rapid pick up option. If I was writing this review a few months ago, I would have given this Panera one star, and had almost decided to stop patronizing them despite their being the only reasonable take out breakfast game in town. They messed up my order at least 80% of the time. Missing items, sandwiches without ingredients, wrong ingredients, egg shell in food - the variety of errors was ludicrously diverse. They were ever apologetic, but relentlessly incompetent. In the past few months, however, management has taken to personally reviewing my order each time and the error rate is much improved. If it continues in this fashion, I may be inspired to bump my rating up even more.

Its a pretty standard Panera. The food and service is the usual high quality that people expect from Panera. This one doesnt have Rapid-Pickup parking like others do. Theyre also the only one Ive been to where the person working the register doesnt handle the baked goods behind them. When the restaurant is empty, I order a bagel and they tell me it will be ready at the pickup area. Theres then an awkward 5 minutes where the person who just took my order stands in front of the bagels, does nothing, and waits for someone to come from the back, grab it, and slice it. At every other Panera, the person at the register just turns around, throws the bagel in the slicer, and Im on my way.

I think if you come first thing in the morning you get the best selection. Im used to ordering, getting a number and someone bringing the food out. This morning I ordered a breakfast quiche and coffee. As I am juggling purse, umbrella, wallet and now coffee cup, the cashier hands me my quiche on a plate. Obviously my hands are full. Why would you do that? Tables were dirty, had to clean mine myself. I usually like panera. Its a good place to read or study over a bite to eat. This is my first time here. Maybe they will shape up for my next visit.

First time coming to the restaurant and there were many items listed that were out of season. They said they had to get new boards. My wife has to have gluten free bread and we figured that a bread specialty place would have a good selection but none available. I ordered a ham and Swiss sandwich but no Swiss cheese came on my sandwich and my wife didnt get her water. So the sandwich tasted good, and her salad was good just didnt get all of what we ordered. We wont be back.

They messed up my order. Which was even worse because i had gone through the drive through on lunch and didnt have the 30 minutes to drive back. I was disappointed they wouldnt refund my money over the phone. But i was happy to go back a week later when i was craving the soup again and get the entire meal for FREE. As a hungry customer, i dont ever want to be given the wrong food again! But best advise i can give is ALWAYS check your bag.

The drive though service is terrible me and my wife sat in the drive through stuck between two cars for 20 minutes. Always out of items on the menu. My wife has also found bugs in here salad from there. They do not correctly size the portions that they serve and the people always seem to have somewhere better to be. Ive been to paneras all over the country and this one is by far the worst.

This is THE WORST panera ever. I go to panera at least once a week and have never had issues anywhere else. But this location has not once gotten my order right. Tonight I order the new power spinach salad because I love the onion straws. I get home and no onion straws but a TON of mushrooms. Absolutely disgusting. Will never visit this panera again!

I like their noodle soups, and their bread. Everything else, I dont like. They should be a bread baker that sells bread and soup, nothing else. ** Update **...they dont sell noodle soups anymore. So, now they are just a bread baker to me. You guys lost 2 stars from me when you lost your noodle soups. Such a disappointing trip.
