I ordered a rainbow sherbet ice cream cake for my daughters seventh birthday. On the day of her birthday we cut into the cake and she became extremely upset because it was cookies and cream ice cream with a chocolate cake base. My daughter does not like chocolate and we get her this cake once and year on her birthday. Needless to say I was a bit upset so I went back to the store and they offered me two quarts of ice cream with the candles, which I thought was enough because all my daughter wanted was some sherbet. On my way home they called me and told me the cake decorator would come in on her day off to make the cake and deliver it. I was surprised and my daughter could not be happier. They went above and beyond to fix their mistake and I really appreciated that.

The selection of ice cream at this location is top notch. However if you go on a Thursday afternoon, you will surely encounter a slough of elderly women who will not approve of a young lady such as myself and my friend walking past them because of the amount of viable tattoos on our bodies. They hated us. And on Saturday nights the people working there have stank expressions on their faces. Other than that... fabulous ice cream. As a " local guide" I highly recommend it.

Mike and Sarah are great! Very clean place and friendly folks. I stopped by to place a cake order an hour before they opened. They saw me, opened the door, and took my order anyway. Thanks!

Basking Robbins carries great flavors of ice cream. If you arent sure which flavor you want, ask for a sample. There are sugar cones, waffle cones, and chocolate covered options of cones.

Great tasting ice cream, both dairy and non dairy. Drive thru. Small parking lot and because building is on a small lot its hard to get out during busy afternoon traffic.
