Yuuuuuuuuuum. I walk down to the Friendly and 29th location (a cart, next to the Party! Cart, which I also LOVE) with my baby and share a scoop (or take home more yummy to share with the hubby too). So creamy, I love the mint chocolate chip (literally tastes like you are eating mint leaves fresh from the garden!), the caramel salt, the <3 of chocolate, the....EVERY FLAVOR. Also, they have punchcards for free deliciousness! (New downtown location has LOTS of varieties -- milkshakes, more flavors, indoor seating, etc) So check them out at least once. They give samples....so maybe check what they have a few times, free!

They tempt you with weird flavors that they should make taste great because they are selling it, instead--surprise! its just weirdly flavored ice cream that people delude themselves into thinking that it tastes great when it doesnt. Im not trying to be negative. The guy behind the counter was great and patient, but every flavor we tried just kept getting worse. I had high hopes. I only ended up buying something because the guy was so nice.

Mediocre ice cream shop. The owner decided to get involved in local politics supporting measure 97. Of course its not gonna affect his ice cream store. How much can a seasonal store really make? But measure 97 will increase costs from the out of state corporations you and I really rely on to supply our goods and services. This Man is clueless about politics. Im definitely avoiding this minor ice cream store over this issue.

Artisanal ice cream made in house. They even have vegan ice cream. Go for the tasting flight if you cant decide what flavors to get (which you may have a hard time doing, since almost all the choices are divine). Because they make the ice cream on location, sometimes they run out of flavors, so be prepared to come back another day for a flavor, or opt for your second choice if they are out of what you originally came for.

I wanted to like it, I really did. The flavors are intriguing, but the ice cream ALWAYS leaves a super unpleasant mouth feel-- like fatty wax coating the roof of my mouth. Tmi maybe, but I have been able to scrape it away, find a white fatty residue, and still not experience any relief from the cursed waxiness. They have a long way to go.

Excellent ice cream! All unique flavors, so keep an open mind. I have to give a four star due to the location, Im sorry but walking downtown in the afternoon/evening is sketchy, so I wouldnt bring kids. Once you walk in the door its great. They said theyd be selling their ice cream at certain Safeways soon, so keep an eye out!

Always fun and interesting flavors, and the staff are great. The atmosphere is always open with games for kids and families. The ice cream is incredibly creamy, which I think is delicious. Always worth a stop by when youre in the area. They also have different flavors at their UO location at the EMU.

I just bought a pint of "Heart of Chocolate" at Whole Foods. The flavor is intense and delicious. But, for $8.00 I expected better mouth feel. It was a little like sawdust. I shouldnt be eating this anyway. Its still delicious, just could be better.

Absolutely, hands-down the best ice cream Ive ever had. Smoked Caramel No. 6 will forever be my favorite but dont be afraid to try something new and odd. The grilled cheese is worth it and the sweet corn is something we look forward to every year.

Ice cream here is amazing! My favorite flavor, which they havent had in a couple years, was Pink cracked peppercorn and basil. The best ice cream I ever have had. Their other flavors are amazing as well. Regular stop for me and my family

I dont get the hype. Over priced, not that many options and after I eat ( once at this location and a couple times buying the pints at grocery store) it Im always left with a waxy residue in my mouth. Yuck!

I am lactose intolerant and the only alternative ice cream they offered was some kind of cucumber lime sorbet. I thought it really gross! I was really bummed! What a way to make a person feel left out!
