I called at 9:20 PM and ordered a cheese pizza, two crazy bread, and one marinara; the woman on the telephone said it was ready now; I said Id be there in ten minutes. At 9:30 PM I walked into the store, waited in line, and then was told that my order wasnt ready yet: my pizza was still in the oven. I waited another ten minutes for my pizza, by which time my husband was outside waiting in the car, stewing; we were supposed to pick up something else and be home before 10 PM, but because I had to wait ten minutes to get my pizza that I had ordered 20 minutes previous, we were unable to do what we had planned and instead had to run home. I ordered the pizza ten minutes before I was going to pick it up so that we would have enough time to do what needed to get done. What is the point of calling and placing an order if Im going to have to wait another ten minutes for my order, especially when the woman said my order was ready already? Its wrong to say my order is ready and then when i get there it isnt. My husband was so angry I thought our cat had died when we were out, or hed lost his job, or some other insanely horrible thing; it took him over an hour to calm down. This isnt the first time I have been left waiting or wanting. Admittedly it was at a different store, but this is a common occurrence for this franchise. I am tired of the anguish caused by not having our order ready when I come in; thats why I called in the first place.

If you are interested in a simple ready to go pizza, then go for it it. The moment you want to complicate the order (like adding an Italian Cheesy Bread or additional toppings on your pizza), then things get too complicated for the staff. It took over 25 minutes for me to get my order. And, it took me saying something to the cashier to get them back on track. They are young and didnt seem to care much about the business or their customers. I love pizza and I love Little Caesars; I do not love this place.

Wildly inconsistent in their service and quality. Sometimes they are Hot and Ready and looks almost what is advertised in the pictures. However, it is almost always at least a 5-10 minute wait and the pizzas are hastily thrown together with the cheese only covering 80% of the pizza. The staffs attitudes run the same chances of being helpful/polite but usually unfriendly and despondent. Good when it is good, but they are not consistent enough for me.

This is one of the better Little Caesars around. I have to laugh at some of these reviews. They advertise a Hot-and-Ready pepperoni pizza with breadsticks and people pile crap onto that order and exclaim their disgust at this location because their BBQ wings and extra special Italian cheese bread with toppings wasnt "ready to go" as soon as they placed the order.

First of all the "its about 10 minutes, do you want to wait"? lie! When 25 minutes later I asked what was going on its been much longer than 10 minutes, Mr.Bad Attitude in charge, said in nasty, whiney voice "but we had big order before you!!!" 35 minutes later I get burned pizza and underbaked, doughey, flat (!!!) breadsticks!!! Disgusting service!

Hot and ready means ready in 15 minutes, give or take. And the kid working the register doesnt bother to take down your name. When your pizza is ready, hell just holler out what you ordered. Since 1/2 of the lobby ordered the same thing, and since he uses in-house terms that most people dont know, well, draw your own conclusions.

Put in order over phone, showed up 15 mins later to get it, and no order had been placed. Even recognized voice of the one who took the order while they tried to play it off as though I had called the wrong number. There was no offer of compensation for screwed up order. Aside from that, decent pizza for decent price.

Arrived in the middle of the day, right at lunchtime, and they didnt have a single hot and ready. They would take someones order then cook it. If I wanted to wait I would have gone to dominos or anywhere else. I come to little Caesars cause I can walk in, get a pizza, and walk out. Not impressed.

Watched an employee take a cash payment from me and the next customer. Then proceeded to scratch his face, run his fingers through his hair, then go prepare our orders with no gloves, no hand washing, no effort at sanitary food prep. I know its cheap/easy pizza, but a try a little? Gross.

so when we walked in to the place it said that there would be a hot and ready pizza from 10am to 8 pm which we got there at six the lady told us that it would be 10 min but it was 20 some min . when we finally got the pizza and it was very!!!!!!!!!!!!!! raw

Id give em 5/5 if they could cut the pizza evenly, but it seems that every time I get a pizza there one slice is almost a 1/4 of the pizza. Then again its a $5 pizza, so you get what you pay for. Other than that theyre prompt and friendly enough.

I live in N. Lynnwood and I always order my pizza from this Little Ceasars. I always order my pizza half Hawaiian and half 3-Meat and they have always gotten my order correct, and hot. The employees are polite and quick and the place is clean.
