Ordered food for take out as we do this at least once a month. The last time I ordered spicy chicken I got regular teriyaki so I should of checked this time. No spicy chicken, teriyaki AGAIN!! I called back and ordered the spicy chicken chicken so my wife would actually get what she wanted and eat her dinner and they didnt offer to do anything for the mix up. I paid for it again and we open the box and look teriyaki. They had to make it three times to get it right. I have been in the restaurant industry 20 years running all sorts of restaurants and this isnt the way to do it if you want to stay in business. We wont be back and I will make sure I tell all my MV friends about the experience.

I genuinely feel bad for the kitchen staff here. The food, on the rare occasion the children working the front counter get your order right, is typically good. The fact that the service blows and the staff is incapable of getting orders right on a consistent basis is why Ill never be returning. Chicken fried rice, sounds nothing like chicken teriyaki. Oh and their free soup is disgusting.

Service was okay the food wasnt that great. For the price it was pretty high and the quantity wasnt that much. It took 45min to get my order ready and there was only 2 customers in the restaurant. The blond teenager girl that was cashiering forgot my salads on my order. Maybe it was a bad day for them but that shouldnt be the case.

Went there with my daughter for the first time and it was my last time. The service was fine but the food was terrible. No flavor, no nothing. My daughter ordered the noodle soup. It tasted like it came out of the box, like ramen soup that you can make at home, plus to expensive too. The place didnt look very clean either.

Took an hour to get my order when they said it was going to take ten to fifteen minutes. They said there was one cook during the dinner rush. I also saw the cool handling his cell phone several times in the back while cooking. This place does not have it together. Very frustrating.

Good food but the music they play is inappropriate for a family restaurant. F bombs and more are apparently something they are not willing to let go of as staff stated that the owner programmed the music and refused to make any changes. Not a place to take your kids.

The new menu threw me off. Dont have combo plates anymore. Food is really good. The new staff are high school kids and they are terrible. They are impersonal and cold. They need more training. Forgot my teriyaki sauce and extra rice. Food is good, staff is bland.

Nug Run

Honey garlic chicken, gyoza, crab rangoons - all great and large portions. Service was fast and friendly. Convenient and clean location. Their bento and Chinese dishes looked as good as the teriyaki. Im happy to have this place 5 min away!

The Goober

Food was fine. However the music that was playing was EXTREMELY inappropriote. The rap music playing was dropping the F bomb about every 5 seconds. And there were young kids and familys sitting in shock. I will NOT be coming back.

OK for teriyaki and fried rice. However dont touch the ramen- it was like instant with veggies thrown in and no meat and way overpriced. Spring roll was cold on the inside, and the spicy tuna roll we received was imitation crab.

Teriyaki part was great. Sushi tasted like it came from the freezer and was definitely not fresh. Wasnt worth the money spent. Everything else was good, but the sushi experience ruined it.

Ive gotten take out many times here. The best bang for the buck was the family meal. We had 6 adults and it came with a large variety that fed everyone with some leftovers.
