(I went here at dinner time). Over-Priced. The only reason Im giving a low rating is bc the food was way over-priced for the quality for the DINNER menu. Im not saying the food was bad, but it was semi bland to me and seems like it was kind of thrown together. I paid $13.95 for my plate, and $8.00 for my sisters. Hers was the tosdado and it didnt come with any rice or beans, and was pretty plain. It seemed again to be thrown together, somewhat cheap quality ingredients. My plate was a enchilada, tosdado and burrito I believe. There was barely any rice and refried beans on the plate. The portions were not worth the cost. They do serve salsa and chips though. I just know that for the price I could have gotten 4 times as more from the drive up Mexican truck on highway 99, and their food is awesome. There are only two plates under $12.95,with the cheapest being $7.45 approx, and the rest is high priced. The service was very nice. The female waitress were very friendly and attentive! They get an A+. The male waiters seems to think its okay to overly stare at all the woman that walk in, and its a little annoying. The setting is very comfortable. My only complaint is the high price, food is a little bland, and the male waiters having slightly "sleezy" eye contact with the female customers. I would love to eat at this establishment more often because the atmosphere is really comfortable (booth seatings and lots of windows with natural lighting, but I cant because it is WAAAAAY outside of my price range, even for a fancy dinner. If Im going to pay (cheapest)$12.95 for a plate, I might as well go outside of Lynnwood to a restaurant that makes better food. Its too bad, that every time me and my husband take a chance with a seemingly nice restaurant in Lynnwood, something is always off. I wish the small business owners in Lynnwood would have some pride in their food, and hire some chefs with a real knack for taste and originality. (Which reminds me, do not go to Amantes in Lynnwood, it was the worst food Ive ever tasted and waaay overpriced. Also had tacky, horrible, rude service). BOTTOM LINE: I dont want say anything bad about this place, but people in Lynnwood are going through an economy crunch, and if they want to keep them coming back, then they need to either lower their prices, or redo their ingredient list for the menu, and give better portions.

Pros: Best pico de gallo Ive ever had; and probably one of the best salsas as well. Quality and taste of the food is excellent. Decent margarita menu. Cons: Only one, really. I ordered picadillo beef in my enchilada plate, and they brought me shredded beef. Shredded beef costs extra on the menu, so I asked the server why I didnt get the picadillo beef I ordered. He looked at the shredded beef, and then declared that it was picadillo beef. I then outlined for him that picadillo beef is ground, not shredded, and has particular ingredients in it that I preferred. He again told me that was "their version" of picadillo beef. Whatever, I was hungry; I wasnt there to debate. Once he brings me the check, and just as I suspected was going to happen, they upcharged me for the shredded beef. When I pointed this out to him, he suddenly changed his story from "this is our version of picadillo beef", to "we are out of picadillo beef". He obviously had just made a mistake when taking my order, and didnt want to be bothered by correcting it after the food had already been prepared. But what got to me was that he still upcharged me. I love the food though; it wont stop me from returning.

I was not particularly impressed with the food, service or restaurant itself. Nothing got me excited about this place, a very average and non memorable experience. To top it off, it was very expensive for the quantity and quality of the food, I was able to spend almost $25 + tip on me alone with just a plate and a beverage... I ordered the Oroz con Pollo, which turned out to be overly tangy and soupy, with too much onion and vegetables rather than rice and chicken, which is what you are asking for. Obviously just my experience, but on the day I went, the wait staff didnt stop in for long periods of time, missed refills and took a long time to get my check to the point of me wanting to get two glow sticks to lead them in like a runway. For my money there are much better spots in all respects. In my opinion, these are things that you should never have to ask for at a sit down restaurant, right? A good waiter is always on the spot with these core things, every time, every day. Thats part of what makes the difference in a good recommendation and a good tip for the wait staff.

Im a big fan of this restaurant. Flat out love it. Food is terrific and the price is reasonable. The staff can be delightful and as a regular I ALWAYS feel well taken care of. (My diet coke is usually waiting on my table before I enter the door if they see my car) Todo Mexico has over the last seven years continued to meet my high often unreasonable expectations. I mean I can be a real pain in the ass even considering the fact I typically tip well. Often times I will order off menu or with multiple substitutions and they act like they love it. Sometimes I have to remind them to charge me for the extras otherwise they rarely do. Granted I eat here frequently but there are many places that I still will get nickeled and dimed regardless of how often I am there. Seriously have I mentioned how much I love this place??

We were looking for a different Mexican place to eat. We looked at the reviews of this place and decided to go there. That was a big mistake. The food was average to say the least, or just okay. The Salsa was horrible. The service there is a negative. We sat at the booth for about 15 minutes before anybody took our order. When the food came the server did not check back until we were almost done. The water refill did not come until the end of the meal. When we were finished the waiter asked if we wanted the bill, and we finally gave up and went to counter to get our bill and pay for it after a longer than normal wait. Needless to say, this is the first and last time we will go there for a meal. I think you could do better on the side of the road at a mobile taco truck.

I dont hate this place, we love it! On Friday night at 5:00 on 10/28/16 we had a great time at Todo ! We love this place! A couple hours later my wife started getting sick to her stomach and you know what followed. I called the restaurant and warned the manager of a possible problem with the meal that my wife ordered. After calling twice in a row hoping to get someone different but failing, I warned the owner that as mentioned earlier that something might be wrong. He said that it takes 24 hrs for food poisoning to show up! (B.S.) we will go back, as it is our local favorite. But if someone says to beware of a certain dish? Please acknowledge instead of dismissing.
