TL/DR they Nickle and dime you. $24 for lunch and no, I didnt get alcohol. No, I wasnt full. Wont go back. I was very interested in this place, came in with some co workers a few weeks back and it smelled amazing and have been wanting to go back.. i knew it was a bit pricey, but I had only had a margarita before. Came in on my lunch break, wanted quick service so I sat at the bar. The service was ok. I ordered an iced tea, it came in a 12 oz glass filled to the top with ice, needless to say when I got my meal of chicken enchiladas that was spicy and bitter (I didnt much care for flavor wise.. I guess I dont like chocolate mole sauce..) anyway the tea went so fast, so I asked for a refill... the tea cost $3.00 needless to say I was pissed when I saw I was charged 6.00 for 2 glasses of ice with hardly any tea... gone in 3 sips I am not exaggerating.. and tea being cheap and mostly water I really dont get it... so yea.. no free chips, but hey I can live with that; I hated the meal, but I got over that; but to charge me for a refill of a tiny glass of tea... left in tears, no i dont want a server to give me a refund from his pocket... and i left a 20% tip because I know the stuggle.. But your restaurant can die a miserable death..i will not return.

Man, I so wanted to like this place! It looks great when you walk in, the front and back are areas! I had been wanting to go there for along time because this area is in desperate need for some new food. I went in last Friday and was seated around 11:50AM, didnt get to order until around 12:20. The management needs more people during these times as it gets too busy. We didnt get our food for an hour and when we got it, the looks of everyone around the table was that it was either too small of portions for the price or the food did not look appetizing. My chicken and mole enchiladas had burnt mole on top as it had been in the oven for far too long - i mean this mole looked black, not brown. There was nothing in my enchilada except chicken. If you are going to advertise an enchilada dont just slap some chicken in it and put some mole on the top, actually put the stuff in it, otherwise its just chicken and mole. The margarita was good tasting and the chips and salsa were great. Though they need larger containers of salsa at the table. All in all, I dont think I will be back again. Normally I like to give places a change to redeem themselves, but it was honestly the worst dining experience I have had in recent memory.

Bland, Slow and expensive. Should have known straightaway after tasting the cloying mango salsa that this place was going to suck but nope. Tried it twice. First time the service was pretty crappy and the kitchen was slow taking over 30 minutes to deliver our lunch. The tacos Antigua I ordered were very bland in fact not a single component of the taco had much flavor. But my party insisted I ordered the wrong stuff (tacos) and next time would be much better. The next time (enchiladas) we visited the service was a lot better. The food was the exact same and not in any way approaching delicious. The enchilada sauce and tortillas seem like they may be house made as does the corn mash. The corn mash was by far the best thing on the plate and it was pretty dang close to organic baby food.

On the way back to our hotel from a Mariners game my little boy desperately needed a bathroom. A kindly response of "of course, right back there" and the attractive food on their grill had me telling our party of 9, hey this place looks good and they are courteous. They agreed we needed a meal, and they deserved a try. The food was wonderful, I loved my carne asada tacos, but I also tried my dads pork enchiladas, my sister in laws pork carnitas tacos , my wifes rajas con crema tacos (the best of the four excellent meals I tasted). All were excellent, and everyone else in our party was happy with their meals. Wonderful food, and service, so good I thought there deserve a kind review.

Food: Excellent! Really good. Drinks: Fine. Atmosphere: meh. Almost hole-in-the-wall. Noisy. Informal seating. We had the guacamole and chips. Guacomole was very good but chips were a bit greasy. The red, creamy dip was nice and (medium) hot. Pozole (posole) was fantastic. As good as Ive had or made myself. Chicken tacos (Pollo Asadero) were large! Very good. Same for the Pork Carnitas tacos. I really want to go back and do more menu exploring. We sat outside (seating only for four at two tiny tables) so we did not have to endure the noise of the cavernous inside area.

Went here for a work lunch and really enjoyed myself. The margaritas on tap were on point, as well as the sangria. Service was quick an attentive and everyone in my party enjoyed the twist on classic Mexican dishes. My mole was excellent, as well as the side of Pozole I had. For desert, the churros were delicious. Also, the patio they have in the alley was gorgeous, and the space itself was very beautiful. A bit on the more expensive side for Mexican, but you get what you pay for!

Came in for late lunch to miss the crowds. Pleasant wait staff. Good chips and salsa with guac. Skirt steak tacos were the best I have had in Washington state so far. No joke. The chicken with green salsa tacos were fantastic as well. Chicken was perfectly moist and juicy. Not a hint of dry stringy texture that is all to common at other places. I am definitely coming back. Oh and they have a full bar in the back and multiple clean restrooms. Bonus points.

The atmosphere is lively and festive. The food is decent, but not particularly amazing; the food was fresh and presented well, but lacked a certain "umph" in flavor. Also, I was very unimpressed with the cocktails. The margarita was somewhat dull tasting, small and served in too-casual of a glass and the overpriced (for amount) sangria was served in a tiny water-glass typed cup. Decent for a quick, casual bite, but maybe over-priced for that function.

Not sure why it took me so long to finally try El Facilitator, as Ive been working in the city for the past 2 years. Finally went after Nightlife at Cal Academy the other night, and brush.Me and my friends split a shrimp & steak super burrito, a cabbed super burrito, and a pastor super quesadilla. Literally all I said when I took my first bites of each one were "oh my god". And of course the next morning isnt so pleasant.

The food and service are absolutely amazing. We live an hour and a half from Seattle and will definitely return. The food is definitely worth the trip up here. The staff is very friendly and attentitive. The restaurant has a nice feel inside of it as well. The mole enchiladas were some of the best Ive ever had!!! Everything is also very reasonably priced.

Had the chicken and molé enchiladas and holy cow they were good! The lemonade was more on the tart side, which I really appreciated, and the salsas that came with the chips were clearly freshly prepared. Lovely atmosphere and service, prices totally reflect the quality and portions of the dish. Had a very chic rustic feel. Very lovely place to dine!
