I have went to the KFC/A&W in Longview on Washington Way twice now and both trips were equally dissapointing. The first time I ordered the bacon cheeseburger there was a frozen shrimp inside the burger. Not to mention it was so sloppy my 7 year old could have done better. I went there a second time thinking that the first incident was accidental and I should give them another chance before I make a final decision on this establishment.... I ordered another bacon cheeseburger, this time there was blood and grease dripping out of the wrapped sandwich. Instantly I knew I had made a mistake.... The burger was so sloppy and nasty aside from the fact it was soaking in blood and grease!!! I threw it out.............I will never go to this establishment again!! Out of the 2 times I have went I have yet to eat a burger I had to throw them both away...

I have been a loyal customer at this location for years. They just finished a remodel so, I came by to grab lunch. First off, I stood in line for 15 minutes with 3 people ordering in front of me. Does it really take 5 minutest per order? Then, when I got up to order, I tried to order the same meal that I order every time to find that it has increased in price by over $2.00 and they were kind of rude about it??? Today was the Last time I walk into KFC in Longview... Good riddance.

Went through drive through and they forgot the first order out of the total two orders. Was given attitude when inquired why it was not on the receipt. Went inside to reorder and acquired it after 3 orders that took place after I ordered, but were completed before I got mine.

This place told us we couldnt have any chicken they were out of chicken so we just ordered root beer floats when we paid for them the person behind us was ordering hot wings hot wings is not chicken now that sucks they suck never come there again 30 minutes before closing

I love the food! Its under construction so the drive thru is the only option and the line gets long sometimes. The staff is good and quick normally. Every now again something gets over looked but I love their famous bowls!

Just got a 4 piece wing dinner. Wings were very small and have been around under a heat lamp for a long time. The hamburger i ordered was cold. Onion was way to thick. Flavorless. But the girl in the drive thru was nice

Cleanliness is really slipping...last three times every table in the restaurant was dirty and I had to ask that somebody clean them...last time I had to ask twice before anybody came out. Not going back.
