Ive never had a great experience at this location. Tonight I was reminded why I will not be returning. With the most expensive kids meal, youd think it would at least be filling... one chicken strip, you think would be hearty turned out to be no bigger than an average potato wedge. The lame service providers needed some pep in their lives. I definitely wouldnt be paying no $15 to these employees. If youre someone who isnt a regular and had a few questions about menu items, dont go here because they arent very tolerant of questions and dont have answers to them, "its just the way it is"... try smiling or at least pretend you like getting paid. If not, get the hell out of there and do something else with your lives rather than dragging down your paying customers with you. BOOOOO #KFCsucks

Standard procedures to deep fried the chicken all around the world. But this store made my chicken taste VERY VERY SALTY and all the Breading FELL OFF. I just dont know why the staffs could work in the kitchen with lack of responsibility. New staff at the cashier didnt know what she was doing and nobody assist her. All these should put the blame of the Manager. BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!! Made "KFC" famous name look BAD!!! The reason I post this hope the area manager can see this posted n address those issues to avoid losing more business because of the BAD MANAGEMENT not following the company policy and which is not something wrong with KFC famous recipe!!!

The WORST EVER KFC experience!! The shift "man-ager" (using this term in the absolute loosest possible way!) has THE WORST customer "service" Ive EVER experienced!! Customer service has been my business for 32+ years so recognizing poor and REALLY BAD service behavior is as easy as recognizing outstanding service. I didnt get his name but he looked and behaved like an "Im the boss here" tough guy "wanna-be-cop" with "little mans syndrome" bouncer at a sleazy bar in the hood! Contacting owner of this franchise ASAP!!

Inconsistent orders and service, and the manager there is incredibly rude. There used to be a wonderful woman there last year that was acting as the manager and helping with the re-opening of the shop. She understood that I couldnt eat potatoes and she would replace the Go Cups with coleslaw for me. Now there is a mean little manager there and he is trying to tell me that KFC has never done that for anyone. Severely abysmal customer service, and just mean. My fiancé and I just decided to go to Popeyes.

Called ahead to check if a item was still on their menu, I was told that it was and proceeded to drive out to place an order. When I went up to the window and the order-taker emphatically told me that it wasnt. Im not angry it wasnt carried any longer, however Im quite upset that I was either intentionally misled or that their own employees dont know their menu.

team member at drive thru was extremely rude and slammed the sliding window on me walks away with attitude as she looks at another member to get support on her actions just because I was speaking to low initially. I will NEVER visit KFC again. totally unacceptable. I did a survey in hopes of that she will be corrected.

Ordered a coupon meal, took 4x plus pulling up to the window to get the order right. It was simple chicken, Mac n cheese, coleslaw order. Then it was a 30 minute wait. They asked me to park and it would be out shortly, Not! I watched 15+ other cars be served while waiting. Not coming back to this location.

Tori is new but her great attitude and smile make up for it. Super clean and a well maintained restaurant. We have a KFC close to our house, but choose to drive out of way for better food and a clean restaurant!! Great job! Thanks KFC!!

Greasy delicious bucket of chicken! This is the cleanest KFC in Vancouver the other ones a dilapidated Shack that they never clean. I highly recommend this one over the other

I go to the kfc in orchards alot n tried 78th Street kfc n the manager was rude n theyre food wasnt available with out a wait I like orchards kfc way better than 78th kfc

Went through the drive through. The guy seemed annoyed I was there, they forgot the honey, butter, and "silverware". When I got home, the chicken was tough and cold.
