last Thursday i searched up when this place was going to open up and i was really excited to see on google that this place was already opened it said "open now" and it had the schedule from 6-10 pm or something like that, it also had a phone number so i called it to see if they were really opened. The phone rang and rang and i assumed they were so busy since they just opened so after work i go home and after not eating Chick Fil A for over a year, i packed up my wife and kids and said lets go eat Chick Fil A ! we drove 27 miles to get there, and when we got there, still under construction! we had to drive back disappointed. i noticed that they already removed the schedule and it doesnt say "now open" anymore... still looking forward to eating there, but wont drive there until im 100% sure its opened

Slow service at drive thru..each car took 5 minutes to move and there was 6 cars in front of me..they do not seem to care at all about speedy service. The tanasbourne location even with heavier traffic has much better service, speed and they are much more together than this location. In the 6 times I have given this location a try the chicken has been soggy and not breaded properly, the large fries were half full, and once again speed is not something they have been concerned with in my experience. I will have to go to tanasbourne for the better experience until this location fixes it issues. I wish I had better things to write about this location as I love chickfila! Very disappointed

It was super busy the first time we went, a few days after it opened, but it was ok because the staff was super friendly and very attentive. Today, totally different story. Staff wasnt nearly as kind or attentive, my son was passed by I dont know how many times when he went to exchange his tpy for ice cream and when my other son got hurt and needed a band aid I was informed that they dont have any. What kind of facility doesnt have basic first aid necessaties? Luckily, one of the guys that worked there overheard my question and frustration amd happened to have one but I was very disappointed with the overall lack of caring. Hopefully the one on 164 will be better.

Clackamas oregon location... Sunday we tried going to eat and sadly it was closed no big deal since i told the hunny to check before we left the house and he didnt. We decided to try it tonight. We got there and the roads were coned off so we wondered if we should Even try it. I told the hunny to go ahead and we will go inside. Looking at the long line of cars in the drive threw. We ordered within 2 min and had our food seconds after we ordered. It was fantastic. The milkshakes took a little longer to come out but the food was wonderful. Minus the extra mayo we ordered and got zero on both sandwhiches. It was still a great place to eat. WE WILL BE BACK!

I have been into this restaurant many times and it seems like the play area is closed every time. My kids and I tried yet again this evening and it was closed yet again. I am seriously doubting whether its ever open. This evening we had the displeasure of a grumpy old lady being annoyed at my kids for asking why the play area is closed. When we were going to sit at some tables, she snapped at me too, acting as if we came in at the last minute, and informed me that they close at 8 ... it was 6:30p. She informed me that they close down half of the dining room at 6 ... despite having a lot of done-in customers. Seems like a strange business practice.

My first time...and there was only one store; so busy was expected. Drive-thru was backed up to the street. I walked in, stood in line for a short period taking in the experiance. I ordered the classic and a popular spicey sandwich. Didnt have to wait long before i had my meal and headed to the condiment bar. The bar was loaded with all kinds and I enjoyed the meal and the experience. I must add that I did go back and tried the drive-thru. Not the same experience. I must remember to ask for condiments! Overall a very good chicken sandwich and a good price. Better than the normal fast food competition. For a faast food place I give them 3 stars.

First just let me say for how many people are flooding to chick-fil-a for its grand opening they are doing an amazing job at getting people in and out quickly. Now with that Said THE FOOD IS AMAZING! I am so happy they decided to open up here in clackamas. Before today I had never had the pleasure of trying chick-fil-a and I can not believe I have been missing out on this my whole 23 years of existence! And for all of the people complaining about wait time during their grand opening have some grace, they are doing amazing! I would wait 2 hours if that meant I could eat a deluxe chicken sandwich with some chick-fil-asauce!

You would think with so many people working they would be able to get an order right. When I pulled up to order the girl informed me that they were out of carbonated drinks and that I could chose between lemonade, ice tea, etc.. I picked lemonade and no one explained to me that this would be an upcharge??? If you are out of options the few options you had to offer shouldnt be an upcharge.. Also I asked for sauces and got the wrong sauce and not even the amount that I asked for. For how much this place charges for their food I would expect a little more attention to orders. Probably not going back. Not worth the money.

I havent had Chick fil a for about 7 years and i was highly disappointed to get into the "parking lot" you have too deal with assholes who cut you off than the line was way too long the employees werent welcoming the waffle fries were cold i got a medium lemonade when i ordered a large the sandwiches on one hand are great taste like actual chicken BUT the sandwiches are so small i hate to do this but i recommend McDonalds or Burger King the prices are ridiculous save your time and money dont go here plus i saw a employee refill a customers water bottle and the mouth of the bottle was touching were water came out of

Sunday afternoon we decided to stop by for the first time... had to fight to park in the tiny parking lot they share with Red Robin and unpack our infant in the rain only to walk all the way up to the door to see that theyre closed on Sundays. For all the traffic going through that tiny parking lot, their business hours should be posted along Sunnyside or 93rd so you and other cars dont get stuck trying to park for nothing. While we were there, four other groups of people were also walking up to the door only to leave angry. Bad planning and lack of consideration for customers... disappointed.

For the 100 or so cars in the drive-thru.. got my Large #2 with an Arnold Palmer within 30mins... not to shabby... as for the people who are outright RUDE... because they were missing an item... CALM DOWN.. take a chill pill.. I mean it would be different if you brought it to a managers attention and they responded with "GO TAKE A HIKE"... I could see the attitude... but to not even give them a chance to correct the mistake and make it right first.... SHAME ON YOU... remind me a whinning child... Cant wait for the Vancouver location.... ;-)
