I just had the best dinner. I enjoyed the $5 box with red beans and rice, and Cole slaw. I have to say Ive been a fan of Popeyes for a long time but rarely get to go in Washington state. I stopped in while on a trip. The staff is upbeat and friendly, the food was fresh, the young lady running the crew never stopped checking stations while giving out the occasional order. This place was CLEAN. Everywhere, the rest room was spotless. The cashier greeted me as I came through the door, the lady that was sweeping the lobby during our dinner asked how things were. There was a disabled man there and the guys on the counter brought his dinner to him. This should be the model we use when we promote a living wage. Pay these guys! They are working hard for you. Thanks again!

The customer service is poor.. went thru the drive thru last night and she was horribly rude, I was not done ordering my meal and when I stated I would like sweet tea she rudely told me " Maam you didnt say you wanted a drink" ... 1. wasnt even done ordering 2. I wasnt being rude and she kept cutting me off 3. when I nicely said well Id like a drink after she said what she said she laughed and said yup and when I drove around she continued to laugh Along with the other employees, guess they all thought her rudeness was cute and then just shoved the food at me. The rudeness is not necessary.

The fat light skin lady didnt even tell me my total just took my card. Then when I asked she answered something I couldnt even hear with her back turn to me. Handed me my stuff silently with a attitude. Didnt say hi or bye or thank you. AND THEY JUST OPENED and she has a funky attitude this early in the day. Whoever the owner is you need to fire her. She doesnt need to be working costumer service if she doesnt care about people and have the decency to speak and represent your business the way you pay her to.

I ordered my food through the drive through. I had multiple items, so I asked for a bag. The chick working the window, looked at me like I was an idiot. Threw the food on the counter, grabbed a bag and handed it back to me saying sarcastically here you go... Then I looked and not everything I ordered was there. When I told her she just again looked at me annoyed and went and got it.. after having to even show her the receipt... Terrible

I frequent this particular Popeyes often because it is conveniently close the house. I have not received anything close to good service a single time. They almost always forget the sauce and the few times they didnt forget they gave me the wrong sauce. The drive thru staff is rude most of the time. Dissapointment and aggrivation is what i have come to expect from this place.

Great as always for, if you get the right crew, otherwise food is cold and stale. Service is horrible! They could care less if you are there or ever came back. Always, ALWAYS check your drive through bag for all your stuff before you leave as it will save you a trip back to get the rest of the order you paid for!

I hate to give any place a one star but this time the food deserved it. Chicken was cooked in old oil and had a strong rust/onion taste. It was my opinion that it had been sitting a while before I got it. The good was the employees. They were friendly, and great to talk with.

The food was fantastic and the gentleman that took our order was amazing and went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. My husband got really dizzy while we were dining and the man offered to help him out to the car so he didnt fall down. Wonderful experience.

Because KFC in this town doesnt do extra crispy, we thought wed ask Popeyes after explaining our run around town hunting for an extra crispy family meal. They not only made it on the spot, but didnt charge extra for doing so. Awesome service. Thank you.
