I used to work at Five guys in Lakewood and even before I worked there,its my go to place for a burger,and now that they have shakes makes it amazing.Today I went with a friend for lunch,and my burger was just as amazing as before,but the fries where disgusting and most where overcooked,so I had to pick and choose which ones to eat. The staff seemed preoccupied with talking to each other,whispering and giggling to each other,the music was way too loud,I didnt even hear my number being called until an employee had to scream my number out.Most of the red shirt employees where on top of their game with ringing up my order and other customers,repeating it back and also explaining items to customers.I wasnt as pleased with the customer service or my fries,but my burger was amazing.

I love their burgers but this place can be hit or miss. I ordered two burgers without mushrooms, repeating it twice to ensure the disgusting fungus that somehow people enjoy as food didnt taint my delicious bacon cheeseburger. Got the burgers home and of course both of them had mushrooms. Checked the receipt to see if it was inputted wrong and the receipt clearly stated "No Shrooms". Called to speak to the manger, they put Gary on the phone who proceeded to speak to me in a very condescending tone and then tried to play telephone tough guy with me as if he lived in a bubble where his actions would never see retribution. Great food when done right. Gary, you need to rethink your customer service skills.

My first time there the girl behind the counter was incredibly disrespectful. Walking in I had no knowledge of the menu and was eager to find out. I gandered at the board and asked questions. The girl seemed to be irritated by all my questions and simply put up her hand to halt me. Then proceeded by explaining the entiredy of the menu whilst not letting me speak. Why didnt I just walk out? I was really freaking hungry. If it wasnt for that fact right there, I probably would have told her manager about her terrible customer service and then left. Guess it all works out because Im never going there again. *This was about 2 months ago*

Has always been a good place except for today. Just wanted 3 burgers. One without some stuff and the other 2 all the way. Well first time the wrong things on the burgers. (To there credit they tried to fix it) But then they forgot the cheese..grrrr. I gave up and left. O ya what made it worse was nobody was there. It wasnt busy at all.

Always liked their fries and milkshake is delicious. Staff is pretty friendly. I wish the person who stays at the register wasnt the same one who makes milkshakes because it takes forever since they go to the register and then make then milkshake. Register and milkshake and over and over again.

The buns are probably safeway buns, nothing special. I paid $17 for a half ass burger, a soupy milkshake and some fries. Not sure how often they change their frier oil, not enough apparently. Dont waste your money

Its pretty loud in hear. They need to turn down the music. The hamburgers are great, the service is fast and friendly. The restaurant is clean and organized.... Just please, turn down the loud music.

Always cooked perfect. Always quick. Order online and go pick it up. Little spendy, but its worth it if you are looking for a real deal burger. Gotta add the grilled jalapenos. The best.

Tasty but over priced... Vacon cheesburger with reg fries and reg drink... 16 bucks.. Ill be going only once a month if i crave for it but honestly nothing special in my opinion

Me and my kids love to go here! They enjoy the hot dogs in the endless amount and peanuts they can eat! And they always want extra fries even though they throw in a extra scoop!
