Lunch time on a Thursday; little if any business. Why? My guess would be after my visit was the poor service, the pricey food ($9 for four chicken tenders; Really?), their haughtiness, yes, I said it, they had total sticks up their butts when asked if they provided wifi service. Unfortunately, after a half hour lunch (no wifi) I left my sister to finish her salad and checking her email (she got a little something on her computer) only to hear behind her how “this wasn’t a library” and she left within 60 minutes of me; believe it or not the place was still empty. She’s a shy sort, only vocal via the internet, so saying next to nothing, she was asked insistently if she would like to pay her check. She was served a side of attitude when she asked for a refill on her $2.95 cup of coffee; not latte, not mocha, not a soy lowfat sugar free macchiato with a caramel whip. A CUP OF COFFEE!! Well let me tell you something kids; wifi-ers tip well, especially if they find a place that is “user friendly” then you’ll see some real money, how do I know, ask my friends who have well established wifi cafes, PS; hearing the wait staff talk about you behind your backs; big turn off. We paid our bills and I did leave a good tip, hers was a bit smaller because we actually DO have class. PS. I’m from Bellevue, so I know haughty; “ur doing it wrong!!!” Since I have to leave a rating I guess you can consider my 1 star a -3 star.

Have been patrons here for the last 5 years. We were in last evening as well as last weekend. Customer service needs a lot of help. We made a reservation and were seated promptly on the deck along with a few barking and big dogs, one to be a Great Dane almost knocking over tables! Took quite a while for anyone to acknowledge us. Our food arrived and was incorrect so one of our party had to wait to eat. So much for a nice evening out with friends whom we told this place rocked. A little embarrassing. :( Please, please do not allow dogs on the deck around food. This was really disgusting and distracting and we own a dog. We left her at home. I sure hope time will help this establishment. Always was a top notch place to visit.

We went there for the first time on Saturday. First time in Kingston as well. They are dog friendly which is awesome as we have two Danes, one is a baby. Waiter was awesome, funny, maybe a bit intimidated by my bodybuilder husband. Owners were fantastic. Food out of this world. We had the stuffed mushrooms, crab cakes were the best Ive had, and fish and chips beats the Ivars in Mukilteo. Pups enjoyed three burgers. My only issue is I didnt feel we should have been charged for three hamburger dinners as all we ordered were the patties. No buns, fries etc. Definitely will be back dogs in tow!

Great space in a gorgeous location. Lovely back deck/patio space. Very close to the ferry terminal. Our service for a large group of 10 was amazing and our server Susan was the best. She was on top of every detail and order and handled the table with a smile. We are so happy that we found this location and it made our family members visiting from out of town love the area even more. Good selection of beers and great quality food at a reasonable price! Thanks again for a great afternoon on a busy memorial day weekend!

Unfortunately tonights dining experience was somewhat lacking in quality and service. After a longer than normal wait time for our food, one side salad order did not arrive and had to be reordered, followed by the discovery of an approx 1 inch rock at the bottom of the clam linguine. Was given 50% off this dinner; however, most establishments of this caliber would most certainly have comped the entre.Disappointing.

Did not have a family friendly experience and also found hair in our food. Only a sorry from the waitress and no compensation. Spoke with the executive chef Andy and he shrugged it off saying sorry and joked that he would love to put hairnets on his employees but cant!? We were with two one year olds and the only staff members that were nice and welcoming were the hostess and the bartender. Wasted $80...

We found this place by just driving around and were quite happy with the service and the food. I had the fish and chips and I would say the fish and chips are the best I have had in quite a while. We also had the Crab Melt sandwich and sliders and they were all very good. So if you are in the mood for a ferry ride and a great early dinner this is the place to go.

DONT GO. Grossly over priced for the bland, boring food you get. I was still quite hungry after eating my dry BLTA for around $13 or $14. It was a complete joke, wish I had my money back. It also took them nearly an hour to bring out our food, which made us almost miss our ferry. They are located right next to a ferry, they should have this figured out already.

I saw the other reviews. My experience was friendly staff, food was good. Prices maybe a tad high, depends on what you are used too. Sandwich with fries was $13ish. The clam chowder was over herbed. They do not skimp on bacon. Fries were good. Club sandwich used grill sliced chicken breast...which i have seen, and very good.

My husband and I met Kim and Tony (the owners) at Trivia Night when this was still the Main Street Ale House. They have truly transformed this place! An atmosphere that was once dark is now open and inviting. A menu that was once overpriced now has many price points and many fresh, unique, house made items. Cant wait to go back!!

Great food, friendly service. Large selection of beer on tap. We usually hit this place when we are in Kingston. It never disappoints. There is a large outdoor dining area with umbrellas on the back. Tonight had the hearts of romaine salad and BLT. Both were good and bacon was crispy the way I like it. We will be back again!

We came over on the ferry with a very large group. (30-ish). The restaurant was ready for us and one of the owners (Kim) ended up being our server. The service was great and relatively fast for such a large party. Food was excellent with nice portions and the menu has a wide variety of options. Highly recommended.

Great selection of beers on tap and wines by the glass. Truly exceptional food for a Tavern. I am rating it 4 instead of 5 because no matter how great it is my experience is definitely being brought down because theres a table full of children next to us. Its an alehouse. Not a Dennys. I say this as a father of 2

My wife and I went there for dinner, had an assortment of small plate dishes, all were excellent and delivered in good time. Had a couple of desserts, the brûlée with raspberry and the gourmet ding dong and those we very good as well! Waitress was very attentive and a pleasant person. We will definitely be back.

Their salads and entrees are creatively designed and delicious. We love to walk on the ferry in Edmonds and enjoy a leisurely dinner here. They offer interesting micro beers too. Its a small place, so we always make reservations. We have never been disappointed in the quality of food.
