My son and I wanted to order some pizza so I asked him to order while I took a shower he then called the customer service and asked for a cheese pizza. The customer service started shouting and cussing at my son. I called back and asked to speak with the manager the lady said "Im the manager whats up?" I explained to her how the customer service representative disrespected and treated my son rudely and she said she cant do anything about it. I then hung up and called again. Once more I asked to speak with manager the male said he was the manager I then explained the story again. He then hung up and dialed 911 saying I was prank calling them. Four cops showed up on my doorstep I then told them my story and they did nothing. I suggest not going there the customer service is disrespectful and extremely rude. They acted like my son was asking for a free pizza. They act like their doing a enormous favor for you. Stay away from this place if you dont want to ruin your day.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you ever call this place for a pizza order they will treat you like they are doing a favor on you and will talk to you extremely rudely..I called for a pizza one day and lady picked up..since it was my first time i asked a few questions on the pizza and the lady started shouting..i was made to feel as if i am wasting her time..when i complained and asked who is the manager..she said i am the manager..another employee in the store told me there is another manager you can talk to him..Next time i called for a pizza..the male manager picked up the phone and "OH MY GOD"..i have never spoken to such an illiterate and rude person in my life...He made me feel as if i am asking for a free pizza. Stay away from this place if you dont want to ruin your day..Pizza is good but the people serving it are HORRIBLE.

This place has the worst customer service ever not to mention that the Pizza is more expensive than any other place. Their Pizza is different and customer service very different than what you would expect. The guy (curly hair) is waiting to vent out. Do not dare to confirm your order else you are inviting a rude response. He could say that the name matches what is written on the box and thats it. I hope he is not the one cooking; If he is I am not confident what he is putting in it. I will leave the testing to FDA as I am not eating their ever. Order at your risk. If you do decide to take the risk, I am sure you will be the next one to write a review. I wish their was something like negative stars.

Ripped me off. Customer Service Sucks. Canam Pizza... Still below par on the customer service. So much fuss about the location (asked me 3 times) when I called. Next I got delayed for pick up of my pizza. Received a call from them. I told I am coming to take the pizza. Again questioned when??? Really? Finally, they did not honor the price on their printed menu (Charging 29.98 for 21.98) I received in mail just last week (Menu does not have any expiry date). Atleast, hope they print it to cause less heart burn. Wow! I am still to some better service from them. #BadCustomerService #RipOff

We are staying in Kent on a job and decided to give this food a try. it was VERY good. A lady answered the phone and she spoke very good English. She was very pleasant and there were no mistakes with our order. They told us it would be 45 min and our food arrived at our hotel in about 30. We got the Greek style Gyros, the Greek salad and the garlic bread. The Gyros were full of meat, the vegetables were all very fresh and the sauce was perfect!! We are coming back next week for the second half of the job and we will certainly eat here again. We hope to try the pizza.

By mistake I called Kent location when I wanted to actually call Bellevue. Since I was in Kent area my GPS gave me that as nearest location. But when the guy who picks up the call(wish I knew his name) realized that I dialled the wrong location, he hung up the phone on me with golden words "You are wasting my time". I was about to tell him that I am in Kent, I can pick up from there but he did not even wait for me. So, Please do not worry, your time will not be wasted from next time. But learn how to speak to your customers.

Love the food! Try their side order of wings to spaghetti, to a tender, mouth watering Chicken Gyros, to flavor bursting Buffalo Chicken Pizza, or even a simple greek salad! Tasty, flavorful, filling, delicious food! Reasonable delivery times, or even when you pick up, great customer service. Highly recommend this particular location, only one I have been to, and go to every time for some delish pizza and gyros!

So something about myself--despite people telling me that a pizza is good... Ive never been really blown away by any before. Granted, Im aware Im in Washington. Can am was really good pizza... you can taste the freshness which I love. They have unique ingredients and good prices. My employer orders pizza from there now when we have celebrations! If theyre in the area, this is most certainly worth a try!

The owner is horrible he disrespected my wife be cause she is Punjabi and Im African American .. He was Mentioning where we live ect... (What does that have to do with ordering pizza?) In his heart was hatred and envy due to opposite races... We have been loyal customers since 2013. I would advice people although the pizza is good there honor and loyalty to its customers is dirt. (We pay there bills...)

I gave them 3 chances. All 3 times I ordered its under cooked , greasy , with little flavor. It will make a poo and thats about it. Im sorry I gave them 2 more chances to rip me off. If you get pizza from here your a disgusting pig. Anyone that gives this place more than 1 star is one of their friends or family trying to help their ratings. Never again. Pizza Hut is better than this!

Not bad, been here for over 15 years. I know, I remembered them from high school. Deceiving, Marketing wise I thought you got 2 pizzas for 1, really they bolster there food style as 1/2 Canadian and 1/2 american style pizza. Not bad, but being a cheap college student I was disappointed not getting 2 pizzas for the price of one.

I have been to this location twice. We had to wait both times but they informed us upfront about the waiting time. Food have always been great, me and wife specially love the yogurt based dipping sauce they give with their pizzas. I have only tried their specialty pizzas with the and love them. The flavor is unique for pizzas.

This USED to be good pizza. We specifically have asked multiple times for extra well done pizza, even crispy, and it was soggy and greasy. When I called to complain about a $25 pizza, their response was a $5 credit!! That is horrible customer service. We personally will not be returning and no longer recommending them to anyone.
