Update: I can now see why the restaurant is so horrible--the poor excuse for service flows from the top. The COO, Nina [withholding last name as a nicety], originally offered to do something about the lousy service and food we received. But, when I e-mailed her to accept the offer, I received no further response, despite additional messages and waiting until July. Seriously, what a crock. If there is any justice, this place will close soon. I only wish I could give it negative stars! The worst excuse for "Italian food" that Ive ever tasted, and the service is laughable. My wife and I order a salad and pasta, each. Grand total: $42.98! WTH?!?! This is low-grade, fast food crap and youve got the cojones to charge what an up-scale Italian place would charge? Whoever called this a "great value...great food" is a schmuck--or hes an employee! The noodles were soggy, bland, and almost flavorless. There was almost no sauce--maybe the noodles had soaked it up after sitting for hours under a heat lamp? The salads lettuce was equally soggy--and so were the croutons. OK, who ever heard of a restaurant screwing up croutons?! Finally, the staffs idea of service was to send a lady over to our table multiple times to ask if she could "take anything." She wanted to take our number. I asked, "Dont we need that to get our food?" She said, "Oh yeah." I tried to ask her if I could get a refill on my drink, but shed already moved on to the next table, asking if she could take something from their table. My wife had just begun to eat her salad, and--I cant make this crap up--the lady came back to our table and asked her, "Can I take your plate?" Sadly, we probably would have been better off letting her take the whole mess away. I will never go back here, and I freely warn anyone who contemplates going here. There are much better--and less expensive--options in the area. Stay away!

We were a party of four including a young toddler and we stumbled on it while looking for a soup and salad place. It was Sunday so my son got to eat free (which was great b/c he doesnt eat much so usually I just share with him). Our bill was a little over $30 with tip. Food was good, not great but I would go again. My hubby got the BBQ chicken pizza which was super yummy and big! I got the caprese paninni which was a little bland, but the half size was plenty for me.

Enjoyable pasta, not restaurant quality (I like macaroni Grill and Olive Garden more), but this compares well to better than fast food pasta (better than Faziolis). I have tried the Garlic cheese bread, spaghetti and meatballs, and forest mushroom with penne. All enjoyable and definitely meet the quick pasta craving without hitting a sit down restaurant. I recommend!

Here on business from Boston looking for a decent take out meal for the hotel. I found the plaza by chance and decided to try their food. Had the chicken Alfredo and the Mediterranean salad both of which were very good. Staff was also pleasant. I would recommend this restaurant for residents and visitors alike.

This is your standard Pallinos chain restaurant. Plenty of tables and seating inside. Easy in/out access from the main road. I usually get the same meal (Spaghetti and Meatballs) which tastes great to me. The only negative is the price is somewhat high for what you get. Service is good.

Kids love it. Parents dont hate it. Sometimes that is the combination you have to settle for. Service model takes a few visits to get down. Staff is always friendly and prompt.

Not a fan. Just ok. Pasta seemed overcooked and bland. They are definitely family friendly, but if the foods not good? We dont come back. Great service though!

Great service. Not too impressed with the food, though, and the price was a little outrageous for the serving size.
