Noo turn back! Where are these positive reviews coming from??? We ate here on a weeknight, early in the evening (second customers in the door). Service was PAINFULLY slow. We watched the bartender and servers chit chatting & sharing videos and photos on their phones while we waited 20 minutes to order and another 20 later for our check. Food was very average. Bland lasagne bland pasta dishes and boring salad. For a restaurant that seems to poise itself as fine dining with the white linens and pricey menu, the cramped & noisy dining room and apathetic service will quickly kill any hope you have for an intimate, delicious meal.

The food was amazing! The new location gets a lot more foot traffic, but the atmosphere isnt as cozy. It gets very loud inside the dining room area. Having a conversation inside without yelling can be a challenge. They offer out door dining with heat lamps as well, which we took advantage of. The service was slow. The wait staff wasnt very attentive, and our waitress didnt seem happy that she got our table. Id definitely go back for the food, but Ill probably do takeout next time.

Food was OK. Not great... OK. Im pretty good in the kitchen and think I can do as good or better than anything we had, but Im not cooking for 50 people. We really enjoyed the wine we got, the Cabernet Franc. If you have a hankering for some Italian, this place can definitely scratch the itch, and I dont know whats better around here. Id go back for some quick Italian again, but I dont think its something Ill crave.

With six guests in the restaurant at the sushi bar, our first visit to Sawa last week felt like a private dinner. The restaurant itself looks uninviting from the outside, and apparently does not want to attract walk-ins. We did call ahead and were welcomed by the chef, who was very pleasant and engaging during our stay.

Full disclosure, I have never eaten at this place, but we tried to schedule a reservation and it was a complete disaster. My wife called and made reservations for our seventh year wedding anniversary on October 19th 2014. She made reservations for 6 pm for Sunday even though the person on the phone was rude.

This restaurant has nice atmosphere and a lot of choices on the menu. The bar offers some unique drinks. Our food was very good; the service was not. It seemed that our server was never around; she didnt check on us; we asked for water and had to ask again. Food was good; I just wish the service was better.

Dined with a friend. We sat at the bar and enjoyed appetizers, cocktails, wine with dinner ~ we both had rib-eye steak. The service, libations and food was superb. Love the new location. The female bartender was very attentive to everyone at the bar. We had such a great time and will be returning soon.

Food is good but not something that would impress me. The price is high but was offset by Groupon. 2 of the mussel in my pasta were spoiled, the restaurant owner should review their supplier, inspection and storage process to ensure the quality of seafood items. The service is great and pleasant!

Lots of positive: great wine from the Napa valley, fantastic appetizers, solid on main course (Chilean seabass), very good dessert (vanilla mousse). Just way too many people on that Wednesday night, feels like a train station, no real atmosphere. I dont know about prices as I was invited.

Good wine selection, but very few available by the glass. Food was okay but not great, but be aware they raise their prices on Valentines day (maybe for other holidays too?)... The same entrees on the Valentines day fixed menu were ~$4 more expensive than the regular menu online.

Even without a reservation, we were easily seated for dinner (on a Thursday). I loved the brussels sprouts and ahi tuna, and appreciated that they accommodated some substitutions! My husband loved his mixed grill special, and we shared the gelato puff pastry & cannoli — so good!

“Great authentic South Indian restaurant ” Madras Cafe is in the ranks of restaurants like Saravana Bhavan. Anyone who hasnt experienced the delights of dosa and idli need to make their way here. The ambience is no-frills so I would say this is a good second date location.

“Fast food done right” A good clean In and Out with excellent service and the usual great burgers and fries. Go double double or go home. Protein style if you want to cut back on carbs. Extra grilled buns and drilled onions with chili peppers. Heaven !

Aug 2014 - Great Italian food! Came here with two friends and we ordered a few dishes to share. I was happy with the pasta and wine. Friendly staff and cosy environment. Will recommend arriving early or placing a reservation.

Birks is a bit hidden in its location at the bottom of an office tower by the freeway, but its always busy because its a convenient place for the steakhouse crowd to power-lunch. Service and food are good, but not stellar.

Good food for the price. Went before the lunch crowd arrived. My party took to go their new watermelon cheesecake. It was good as a cheesecake but we didnt taste any watermelon. That was a bit disappointing.

The food is flavorful. The wait staff is attentive. The atmosphere is nice. Dish Dash is always in high demand. Come early for your meal or be prepared to wait. It is well worth it.
