California founded company. Great chicken, not sure what theyre secret is but I am hooked!! Side dishes are pretty good as well. They usually have a special or coupon in local flyer so its pretty inexpensive. Theyre adding more salad options which is nice. My default for on the way home when I dont want to cook.

Great late night option for chicken. Large menu options, from burritos to grilled chicken and salads. I usually come for the burritos, which generally cost around $9, very expensive in my opinion. The staff is generally nice, but is hit and miss when it comes down to ordering food and having it correct.

Three of us ordered 8-piece mixed and a chicken avocado salad (6/17/16). There were two slices of mashed avocado, the chicken pieces were not slices but leftover crumbs. This was a lousy meal compared with the chicken salad I have eaten at other places.

This is my go-to fast-food place. The food is generally well-prepared and healthier than other fast food. Have never had any problem with the service either. Was disappointed when they stopped carrying the flan though - it was superior!

We like to order to go from this location, but we have had several occasions missing some items from our order, so now we oder inside instead of the drive-through to make sure our order is complete! The staff is nice and courteous though!

Had to wait over 40 minutes at the drive through, not cool. Also the time before they said that they had run out of chicken and that I had to wait over 25 minutes to get my food. Fail. 2 stars only because the food is decently good.

Horrible . First we had to wait 15 mins for the chicken to cook , then they sell the chicken and made us wait 25 more mins . They didnt even give me the food i paid for . Horrible . The food is good but service is horrible .

The grilled chicken is smokey and reminds you of a home bbq...the chicken is grilled yet juicy...the huge amount of fresh salsa at the salsa bar feels like being in a authentic Mexican restaurant.. A must have!, Go in now!

This is pretty similar to other El Pollo Loco locations. The chicken is cooked well and has a great flavor. Other locations seem to be a bit more helpful when doing things like filling salsa at their salsa bar.
