I really like the food at Panera - Until recently, I have continuously had Panera for Lunch or Dinner, at least once a week. Less than a year after it opened, the service took a nose dive but more importantly the accuracy of food did. I slowly, but surely, eliminated trips to Panera eventually dwindling to vowing to never again--specifically the Everett location. As I read the other reviews, nearly all of the mention the same issues.. the sad thing is, I can handle crappy attitudes and slow service, provided my actual order (straight off the menu, no substitutions or changes) came out of correct the first time. I kid you not, I would say 7 out of 10 visits something major was inaccurate with our simple order: no meat on sandwich, missing salad toppings, incorrect dressing... these are things that should be nearly fail proof. In addition, not only do I get an extremely negative attitude in response to asking politely for my food to be fixed, but I have never, not once, been offered anything in return for my inconvenience (pastry, coupon, discount, etc). There was one employee in particular that I probably had to ask for my order to be corrected a dozen times---never once an apology, or even an acknowledgement that Id ever had an issue before. The drive thru is my preferred choice but after less than a year of hoping theyd get it right--I had no choice but to discontinue using it as I am always needed to pull out every single item out of my bag and physically inspect it so I can have it fixed before I get all the way home... its pretty sad when you go in KNOWING this will have to be done.... Ive never had any of the issues at any of the other Paneras I have patronized and its frustrating and upsetting that we get the pleasure of having this half-assed version of Panera. The visit that become my last, I went in to order myself and my girlfriend the same two salads we had been getting since Day #1 to be told they no longer have those? What do you mean? Theyve had both since the first day I discovered Panera. You cant still make it, Im sure they have the required ingredients as I gaze up at the menu and look at the ingredients in some of the other ones. No apology, no recommendation of a new salad... it didnt bother them one bit, in fact, I sensed a sigh of relief from them as I turned around and left to go look elsewhere for 2 overpriced salads. I left a critical but constructive message on the corporate phone number and sent a similar e-mail; and well over 1 entire year later---I have yet to receive a response or any sort of acknowledgement that it was receive....maybe its not just Everett?

If you have allergies, dont eat here. I forewarn about any necessary modifications ahead of my order and stress that they are for ALLERGY reasons. Once, dine in, I asked them to check to see if there is rosemary in their salad dressing. I waited, they "checked" and gave my the all clear. Then I had an allergic reaction in their dining area with a kitchen worker having to rush out and correct their misinformation. Thanks. My swelling mouth already corrected that for me. Fast forward about two years and I figure Ill try one of their sandwiches, my spouse had gotten some good sandwiches from them and loves their baking. What the heck, sure, Ill bury the hatchet. At least this time it was under $10 and an allergen I could open the sandwich and SEE once I got home. Unfortunately, after traveling for 6 hours today I dont want to go back out in the rain for $6.98 refund, and even though it is a slow Thursday night and the management was provided the exact amount I was charged, since I dont have my transaction number (did I get a receipt, no idea, Im running on fumes and dont got it now) Im S.O.L. Terrible kitchen staff. Terrible knowledge base. Terrible policies. Make your own sandwiches.

I had a private, cozy late lunch here. This was my first visit to a Panera Bread location. I eat gluten-free and was so glad to be able to find something other than the standard chicken/lettuce salad (ho hum) that is usually my sole option when eating fast food. My Panera salad of spritely baby greens was loaded with big chunks of avocado, ripe tomato, lean bacon and moist, white-meat chicken. Green goddess dressing was the perfect topper and convinced me to try to replicate this salad at home, to share the goodness with my family! A nice little red apple alongside my salad was a welcome alternative to a breadstick. Walking into this Panera restaurant, we were greeted by well-groomed, friendly employees with a good sense of humor. The building was clean and neat, inside and out. Trendy decor and colors, and high ceilings, give an airy feel. Tables and booths are numerous, and many have views out a window. Table positioning creates many private-feeling spots for conversation.

Often their menu is lacking towards 4pm into the evening. This was once a rather pleasant place to enjoy a solo meal or meet up with friends... not so much now. Orders are often incorrect, cashiers who should know their product line and how to run the register sadly do not. Dishes are dirty way too often and good arrives cool and bread stale or dry. My sandwich this evening arrived with two small pieces of Turkey and those were placed on the edge of my bread to suggest as if it was a full sandwich. The fireplace has rarely worked over the past two years that Im aware of and the lobby) eating area is not on a regular cleaning routine. A bit expensive in this days economy so I come only because of the chicken soup and oatmeal in the morning, very occasionally.

Oh my. Where to begin. Coming from another Panera branch I was able to compare how it was doing. My friend and I waited 15 minutes for a caramel latte. The table runner was so rude, she is inclined to not checking of the copy of the order to make sure they are correct. Half the staff have a dress code violation in some shape or form. Nothing was stocked the dining room was filthy, the windows has prints on them, cashiers dont repeat your order back, they are unknowledable of the menu and good lord that was from just walking in. Im scared to see what the back is like. We went to Olive Garden for lunch instead.

I go almost every morning because I love their bagels and coffee....but lately it seems like they always screw up my order. Waiting because they made hot instead of iced...or put whip cream when I said none. Ive also been screwed several times on the correct cream cheese. Today I went in because I had a big order to bring into work....then I get to work and nope WRONG! The receipt is correct...but the order...wrong. I should have known better to leave without checking. I feel like I should have a credit on my account for all the orders that are wrong or missing. Next time this happens Im calling corporate.

I love Panera, but stay away from this branch. Was there 11/13/14; went in for coffee and scone at 7:30 - no coffee in any urn, woman behind counter said they were busy getting ready for a catering affair - so? Does that mean that no coffee is made for the rest of the paying customers? Took her several minutes to get a fire lit under her. Who ever was/is the morning shift manager is not much better.....No wonder there wasnt much business. Love the Woodinville Panera and the Canyon Park Panera - great staff(s).
