Ive been shopping here for 10 years and have always found the service really good. 5 star. Today I went in to purchase some items and was still in the doorway, not having even entered the bakery, when the woman at the counter aggressively shouted "Can I help you!" I wasnt sure, I hadnt got my foot in the door yet. I just nodded, and instead of leaving me to even get to the counter, she started running along behind it, following me, staring the entire time. Im not a shoplifter, girlie, lay off. It was only the afternoon, but the cinnamon rolls were already tightly wrapped in plastic. Not good. I asked about their mini-cinnamon rolls. The woman just shook her head. "No, no...weve never carried those." And acted as if I didnt know what I was talking about. I guess I must have been dreaming about those three different rotating kinds of mini-rolls Ive been picking up on a semi-regular basis for 10 years. I guess she didnt know what she was doing. I asked for two of the regular rolls. The kid helping shoved one in my face. I said "Two please" He seized two in a hard grip and said "Do you wanna bag?" No. I just wanted to pay and get out of there. I see a note that the LFP bakery is up for sale. Good grief, I hope this isnt the new management.

Horrible service. Asked about organic ingredients. Unsmiling, gloomy gal behind the counter said, no, but we mill our own wheat. As if that has anything to do with it !! Then a customer asked about what went in the recycling garbage. The clerk just shrugged her shoulder and said, what-ever. And older gentleman came in and asked about coffee; whether there was just black coffee or if there was espresso-making machine. With much resentful effort she mumbled that, yes, I can make you espresso and steamed milk. And yes, there is not much written down that shows you what is what and even ingredients, would be good. Only good thing I can say is the two-day old bread goes to the food bank. Looked up history of reviews on this location and was not surprised to see that in the past, the owners and employees for much better and even people that use to go to this store have stopped...

I had seen this bakery so many times and one Saturday I finally went in. We were greeted after being there only a short while. I told the energetic, friendly guy that it was our first time in. He gave me a free cookie. I was some double chocolate brownie cookie. I enjoyed it- very tasty. Nothing else appealed to me at the moment. We had strolled in during the early afternoon hours, which means they were out of some stuff. I think they were giving out bread samples, but the girl who was handing them out didnt offer any to us, but she did to the couple in front of and behind us. Not sure what that was all about. My boyfriend got some sort of breakfast sandwich pastry thing... I think it had eggs and cheese. Not my cup of tea, but he LOVED it. They even heated it up for him. Not my favorite bakery, but I havent had enough to really judge it.

Want to give 0 stars. Wow, what crappy and ignorant customer service! We ordered two Challahs for Rosh Hashanah on Sunday night. Went in to pick them up early Sunday afternoon and was told "the baker didnt make enough to fill the orders so were out of them. I can have them for you on Tuesday." Counterperson had no idea that the Challahs are for a Jewish holiday that night. Walked out very angry. Wont buy anything here again or ever recommend this bakery to anyone!

7 people waiting for service; watched at least one leaving. Only 2 employees in the whole store and it was noon on Saturday. One employee (older) very slow. When it was my turn, he bypassed me for another. I was ready to buy an expensive loaf of bread. Left in disgust. Seems poorly managed.

This store closes early on Sundays despite widespread advertisements indicating it is open until 7:00 p.m. They do not answer the phone, so there is no way to verify ahead of time whether they are open. You just go and arrive to find a handwritten note on the door.

Delicous bread that you even get to eat (for free) before ordering anything. Plus they make all these delicious pastries. I recommend the breakfast/sunrise roll. Only place Ive seen put ham and egg literately inside the bread of a roll. Delicous.

Amazing bread store always has the freshest loaves and rolls. Theyre always coming up with great new flavor creations that you can get free samples of. This place is the absolute best for a great side with a meal or a breakfast/brunch stop!

Thanks for offering your Holiday Loaf this December. It looked and tasted like a delicious brownie with crunched candy cane in it. Made a perfect dessert to serve alongside home made ice cream.

Hot cross buns have no fruit in them. Just a roll with frosting on top. Bummer. After years of buying them, Im disappointed that they have dumbed these down. As plain rolls, they are good.

Customer service is terrible and their scones taste like they are from a box. A couple times I think their tuna was going rancid because the taste made me almost vomit.
