Wed, 30 Nov, At times very poor service, with one server for a backup of clients. The lady in front of me said she could not wait any longer to pay after her items were completed. I came in when there were no cars at the outside window, yet the server did not ask what I wanted, sub subsequently took orders from, and preparing orders for cars, before taking my order and having the courtesy of taking payment from the lady ahead of me. Often, I resort to going to another coffee establishment. On Friday, 24 Feb, I again experienced poor service at this location. Two people were behind the counter when I came in to order a drip coffee. The person at the Expresso machine described an array of specialty servings to the customer just before me, before getting order a drip coffee and placed my cup in the queue for specialty items. In the meantime the second person behind the counter was just ligering around or occasionally taking payments. After another customer came in at a much later time and got served a drip coffee immediately. The point is that while one server is making specialty drinks, the other server should deal with the drip coffee orders. The person at the Expresso machine should have handed my order for drip coffee to the other server. Ladro seems to have a poor training program, compared to other coffee operations.

Always very friendly staff (in a comfortable way), a REALLY nice selection of bakery items (not just the typical fare), and--of course--smooth, tasty coffees w/o the coffee snobbery you get at some places. This and the other 2 Ladro locations I visit are comfortable, pleasant places to relax enjoy a latte & a scone. (Their cherry & chocolate scone is awesome, btw.)

Reasonable prices and cheerful staff welcome you as you enter Caffe Ladro. The coffee is roasted fresh and local and the atmosphere is warm and trendy. They love their coffee and so do their customers! They love their customers too! As I was leaving, a delivery of freshly roasted beans were being delivered. They grind in-house and its wonderful!

Rice milk here. If you dont do soy or dairy that alone makes you appreciate a coffee shop. The tables are a little small and rickety, but theres wifi and places to plug in your laptop. Whether you go in the morning or afternoon, the staff is very friendly, and if you drive through with your dogs, there are treats waiting for them.

Ladro is my staple coffee house in the greater Seattle area. I use their beans at home daily as well. The Edmonds location is quiet and usually pretty slow. Great place to go to study or just relax and watch the world go by. Try the chillijack scone... Its the best thing ever

Nice coffee place. Stop by a lot when we are walking by the neighborhood. Nice sitting outside on a nice day. Service is always quick. Never tried the drive through, but its a nice place to sit if you have some time to spend.

The cappuccino and the almond biscotti are both excellent. The area is roomy and has a lot of tables so its a good place to come and get some work done; they have wifi but it was a little spotty last time I was there.

Delicious coffee and they do a good job of following specific orders. If you go often enough, the baristas remember you and what you order...even if you do the drive-thru! Thats a nice customer service touch :)
