I moved to Everett about a month ago, and I have been eating out a LOT, due to the fact I was still in the moving process, didnt have much of a kitchen, etc. Gotta tell you, Everett is not exactly blessed with good restaurants. More crappy teriyaki, pho, and mexican places than I care to count. Or chain restaurants. I finally found somewhere worth writing about. Usmania is fantastic. Utterly. I decided to try it simply because I like this style of food...and I was extremely happy with my meal. I got the mango chicken curry, and it was sublime...tender chicken in an excellent curry, with a subtle tanginess from the mango, subtle and not overpowering. Truly good food...and I will be going back many more times to try their other dishes. Go. Eat. Enjoy.

The food is exceptional, theres no doubt about it. Care has been taken in creating your meal. Im always hesitant to write a review after only one meal but this restaurant is definitely worth your time. Although there was a wait and an issue with the delivery of the meal (which is not how they normally conduct business), everything that was ordered was hot and delicious. They were apologetic for being late, and I was apologetic for being angry about delivery time. In actual reality its nobodys fault, just time and circumstance. Order a meal as soon as you possibly can.

You probably wouldnt guess it from the fact that this little gem is located in a strip mall with another 6 or more little eateries around it, but dont like that fool you. This family owned diner is outstanding! They have a generous menu to choose from and I havent found one dish that I would recommend to the pickiest of eaters. All dishes can be ordered from mild to spicy, with a variety of other spices & flavors to tease the pallet. The service is professional & quick; the young man who always seems to be there no matter what time I arrive has a warm, friendly smile.

Better than any of our normal spots for Indian on the east side. Vegetarian dishes on the buffet were really tasty and had just the right amount of spice. Butter chicken was better than any on the east side (according to my son who would live off if butter chicken if he could). Friendly staff and the seats on the wall with the pillows were a nice touch. Worth an occasional trip to Everett, maybe even a weekly trip.

Hands down, the best Indian food weve ever had. The flavors were on point and the meat was perfectly cooked. The prices were very fair and the portions were large. Service was great. We will definitely be back again, and again. Dont let the store fronts flashing lights stop you from walking in. It is a little tucked away but if you follow Google maps directions, it will lead you right to it, and you wont be disappointed.

These guys are the best! Every last item on their menu is fabulous. Ive been trying all the lesser known dishes and I havent even tried their "Hot" / 5 star items yet. I come from England where Indian/Pakistani food is extremely popular and I can tell you theres no fooling the British when it comes to a good Indian take away.

It took me a minute to finally review this place so here we go. They are delicious, consistent, friendly and overall I had a great experience. Selection is not as vast as other buffets but everything there is amazing. I have only been here for their lunch buffet but if it is any indicator of their dinner it should be amazing.

Worst Indian food I have ever had... slow service only people there took then over 30 mins to get food ordered the BBQ platter was over cooked meat not even a dog should eat, on top of that playing some Hindu religious music whole time , who ever has given good reviews obviously has never had good food in general before

First time there and will definitely be a frequent spot for us. The food was delicious and the price was right. We were also very impressed with the multiple menu choices. They also have lunch buffet Mon-Fri. While we dined in many people came for their to go meals. Thats always a great sign. See you soon

I had a craving for Indian food today so I looked up a few restaurants and decided to give this a try. The owner was super friendly and kind. There was a lunch buffet selection which was very yummy. They also had a delicious tea which actually ran out. The owner made a special batch just for me.

Ill need to give it a second shot before a full review. But the first time left me really unimpressed by everything from the food, service, cleanliness, and the decor. It wasnt actively bad, but it wasnt good, either. Ill update this review in a few weeks after a second trip.

Literally some of the best Indian Ive ever had, which was an unexpected surprise. Seating goes fast in this little location, but everything I tried (which, since we did the lunch buffet, was almost everything) was delicious. Mango pudding for dessert was also excellent.

GREAT FOOD! Even if you dont care for Indian or Pakistani food, their Chicken Sultani is boneless chicken breasts pounded flat with a wonderful cream sauce (no curry). The rice is perfection. The naan is excellent. Family owned and operated.

The employees here were incredibly kind and gracious. They were present but not pushy and checked in to make sure we liked what we had. It wasnt the most amazing Indian food I have ever eaten, but the experience was great overall.

I thought I didnt like Indian food until I ate at Mahals! Now I eat there every week. The buffet is stellar and at $10 is extremely affordable for the amount and quality of food you get. So good.

Excellent service. I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the authentic experience. My father lived in Turkey for a few years and I was so pleased to give him a taste of the past. As-salamu Ala-kum.
