We had visited the restaurant many times in the past with very pleasurable experiences. Last night we ordered take out which we have also done in the past with great experiences. However although the quality of what we received was good there was only about half normal portions. This was true for the Clucks, Chips, and Cod filets. The chicken pieces were very small and fewer than we had previously received in a order. The fish filets were about half the size they used to be and not as many of them in the order also. The so called bottomless fries were just a few in each box. We requested extra tarter sauce and instead received extra ranch dressing. Another problem with take out at this restaurant is that they never include a receipt unless you think to ask for it when you pick up your order.

I ordered a whisky river bbq chicken sandwich with fries to go and sent a friend to go pick it up. I was absolutely disgusted when I ate the food. The fries were cold, the burger was mushy/soggy as if it had sat out for 10 minutes or more. I am not sure who Red Robin uses to procure the foods they serve but it is NOT farm to fork more like chemical factory to fork. The lettuce on the burger had a chemical taste to it. So it is safe to say Red Robin does not use fresh organic vegetables in their dishes. I think Red Robin is just as bad as McDonalds/Burger King these places produce cheap food because they are procuring the foods from bad vendors. Safe to say I will not be going back to Red Robin anytime soon.

I love this place. Lots of kids, lots of noise and great food. For any parents with children from 2-5, this place is bliss. There are lots of things to keep children distracted and since there are so many children around, you dont feel too out of place (you get fewer stares when your child throws tantrums). This place has the best burgers. The menu is a little small for my comfort. But probably it is good idea... coz most of them are so good. It also has a bar for a beer in summer and mohito in the winter. Try this place out if you have not done so already.

I used to work here last year, and I still wouldnt eat here.. Place caught on fire several months back because they never fixed their broiler. Instead, they put a piece of tinfoil where a metal sheet should go that CONSTANTLY caught on fire WHILE I was using it. Also, the kitchen was FILTHY; I could barely walk through the mess of trash and dropped food that was constantly building up. Went in for a meal not that long ago, hoping the new management would help, but sadly, no.

I never write reviews, but I cannot believe how horrible the service was. First off made it seem like a burden that I didnt want to sit in the bar. After they sat me, it nearly 15 minutes for some to even acknowledge my existence. Plus the place wasnt even at half capacity or busy. When the waiter finally came he was super dismissive and again acted like I was a burden. The whole ambience of the restaurant staff was passive aggressive as if no one wanted to be there.

So we go to Red Robin tonight. Service was really slow. Food was good. When we leave I head to my vehicle and there is this strong odor outside. Someone is smoking weed. Not just someone 3 people who work for the restaurant. They see me coming and dive in the bushes. I call the restaurant and speak to the front desk and tell them you have employees in the parking lot smoking weed. She was rude. I wonder why it took so long to get our food.

In my opinion, Red Robin, in their attempt to be a little fancier and live up to their "gourmet burgers" tagline, theyve missed the boat here and there, and its not really a place we frequent as much as we used to. However, this location was pretty great. The food was fantastic, and the wait staff was focused on doing what it takes to make our visit a great one. If I lived close, I would probably visit RR more often!

After being sat at a table, took just shy of an hour to receive our food. Under staffed compared to how they used to be. There were clearly not enough workers and Im assuming the kitchen was understaffed as well since it took so long for the food to come. Too bad. Food was fine when it eventually came. Red robin and/or the management need to seriously rethink the changes they have made.

I was a dissapointed my family took me to dinner for my birthday we got our seats and took so long for service, which not bad we had a lot of catching up to do. Finally, the waitress came and we ordered the non ending drinks which are expensive and did not even get a refill same with bottomless fries never asked if we wanted more, it wasnt busy at all and just felt cheated .

This has always been an easy meet in the middle place for my family, but most recently we had pretty bad service. Our waiter was nice, but he never brought us water, fries were soggy, our food came out cold, and without one members salad (the rest of us had burgers? How does a salad take longer). Then it was impossible to get attention for the check and refills. Bizarre.

Came in after the dinner rush on a Friday, the waitress in our section seemed to be over sat. She was very friendly and professional regardless of the pressure though we didnt get refills or our extra orders in a timely fashion. The burger I ordered was cooked as requested, but the bottom bun was saturated in grease making it difficult to handle and a chore to eat.

Food is good and tasty. Nice that it is not too salty. 3 stars because it is freezing in there!! Been twice in a month and asked to have the Air Conditioning turned off, its April in western Washington, not hot outside. Staff turned up the heat only for the AC to turn back on 5 minutes later. Good food but it feels like you are eating on top of Mount Rainer.

Red Robin has great menu options and tasty food, generally. But this location always seems to have extra sticky menus and slow cooks or something. I dont think its the wait staff being slow, and they are usually very nice. But the last three times we went here, it took a long time for our food to show up. And the table/booth was even sticky.

Its hard to be upset with the servers when the restaurant is so clearly understaffed, but our waitress visited out table 3 times in an hour. We had to ask the manager directly for a napkin because we never got any and everyone else was either too busy or absent from the room. In general, friendly staff but extremely slow/busy.

Just a guys night out for me and 2 friends, stopped into the Bothell location which we do on occasion and as always was greeted by a very courteous staff. The food was amazing with so many new choices on the menu and our server Heather was very accommodating, patient and nice. We will be back to this location soon.
