VERY RUDE LADY!!!! Today I went in with a coupon sent to us in the mail during lunch time. We were greeted by a guy Id never seen before and he was very nice. Then we got the normal lunch time lady who usually serves me. She gave us the normal menus then walked off. Since Id been here so many times, I knew I was supposed to get a lunch menu as well, so I kindly asked if we could get them. She said, and I quote " Oh, if you say so" then stomped off to get them. When she saw my coupon by my water. She said I was unable to use it since I wanted the lunch special...even though it CLEARLY said $5 off ANY order $25 or more. Lunch or dinner. Ive always had a tough time with her, seeing as she ALWAYS gives me an attitude, usually I just let it slide because I dont want her to spit in my food, but one person can only handle so much before they had enough!! The guy who had greeted us noticed that we were ready, so he came and took our order. I asked him if hed be our server because Ive had issues with the other lady. He happily said he would, then proceeded to take our order. Please note that I am extremely picky about my food, and I like things done a certain way. To get the $5 off. I ordered another lunch special to go and an appetizer. He double checked with us if our order was correct and it was. So he took our coupon and went to put in our order to the kitchen. Meanwhile, the other lady has been putting everyone elses left overs in boxes and keeps glaring at me. Then she goes and argues with him about letting us use the coupon. Since it said "lunch or dinner", of course he won the argument. She then brings us our soup, all 3, when I had asked for one to go. I inform her of it, and she looks at me like Im crazy. She also brought me sweet and sour sauce with hot mustard in it for my soup... Shes done it since the first time I went in!! My friend had asked about something spicy, and she never let me live it down!! I dont like hot mustard lady!! Stop bringing it to me!!!!! So then our food comes after our soup and appetizer, and since she can remember about the mustard incident. You think shed remember what I order, EVERY TIME!! But no, she puts in front of the other person then walks off. Doesnt ask whos it was, just slams the plate down and leaves. Seriously?? So then the rest of the food comes out, and then she walks away again!! I had to hunt down the guy to get some chop sticks and sweet and sour sauce WITHOUT hot mustard!! So we eat our food. And as usual, I have leftovers. The guy is in the kitchen, so the lady brings me a box..... She doesnt put it in a box like everyone elses food, she doesnt ask me if Id like a box, no. She drops a box ON MY FOOD, and walks away. Id had enough!!! I put my food in the box and slammed down my plate. Then she walks over "whats wrong with you??" If this is how people are going to treat their customers, they shouldnt work with customers!! But I give thumbs up to the guy that helped us. Take her job, you deserve it more!!

Sorry but this place is terrible and overpriced. I called in looking for a meal similar to the "House Dinner" at Peking House since they (PH) dont deliver. One of the dishes included in pekings house dinner is called "Show Yuk Beef" and I asked this place if they had that. After going through two different people that couldnt speak english, finally the third one assured me that it was the same thing as their "Beef with Vegtebles." It wasnt. Not even close. Their Almond fried chicken was more like kentucky fried, and came with some kind of thin clear sauce that was nothing like what you would expect with almond fried chicken. The barbequed pork was rubbery and the hot mustard tasted like regular yellow mustard with some horseradish mixed in. The egg flower soup was "okay," but thats about the best I can say for it and it was the best part of the whole meal. Basically this stuff was worse than what you get at the safeway/Top foods chinese counter, and it was expensive to boot. I ended up dumping it and driving to Peking house after all, having recovered slightly from the previous nights party(the reason I needed delivery in the first place). They have WAY better food and charge less money. Also, try Black Perl - theyre even better than Peking on a lot of things, but theyre clear down by 15th and 145th so it might be out of the way for someone on the north end. The other Chinese place on Bothell way is pretty good too - I think its called "Tai Ho" or something. Thats actually who I thought I was calling in the first place - my fault since I just glanced at the address and saw "Bothell way" and thought it was the right one. To the owners: Im sorry for such a harsh review, but your ingredients are cheap and substandard , while your prices are really high. Please visit some of the above mentioned places and try to bring your food up to that level, and your prices more in line with theirs, and Ill see about revising my review. It was like $40.00 for two (bad) entrees, some soup, and bbq pork. Maybe a spring roll too, whatever. For about $30, the house dinner for two at peking includes all that and more, its WAY higher quality, and the portions are even larger. Similar deal are available at the other places mentioned - try them instead of this place.

有很大的停车场， 环境舒服。我们住在附近，是常客。昨晚11年10月29日老师请吃饭 ，点菜的是一位男孩， 长得很像老板娘， 可能是她的儿子， 我们点了8道菜， 他没 有拿笔纸写下来， 问他能记得吗， 他说他能 ，结果上到第六道菜时就说“你们的菜 都上完了” 我们点每次必点的清炒鱼片，一吃那鱼片， 变质了， 而且很咸。 我们还点了常点的 肉丸粉丝白菜汤， 这肉丸也是变了质。 昨晚回家后腹痛， 腹泻一次， 整晚胃不舒服， 怀疑是这鱼片与猪肉变质引起的。 我是教营养学的， 每组学生完成的每一道菜我都必尝， 我的味觉比较敏感。 碍于这 是老师请客， 不便提出质量问题， 所以这两道菜都食剩很多， 大概老师师母也感觉 到肉质变质的问题。

I been all over the country and I have eaten chinese food my whole life. But I have NEVER been so disappointed as I was today with the horrible, terrible, disgusting, gross nasty so-called food that arrived at my door 2 full hours after I ordered it. I was so hungry that when I tasted it, I had a harsh moment of self loathing as I chewed it and swallowed the bland, tasteless garbage. I hate myself for eating that. There was a small container of ?SOUP? that tasted like acidic compost juice with rotten lemon. I want to slap the cook. Hard. Then I want to slap every one else in the room. I paid 45 dollars for what seemed like it was recovered out of a dumpster by a homeless man. I am not exaggerating at all. And then when I called the lady and told her that this was THE WORST food I had ever tried eating, she said she would send the same order again, but she failed to ask who I was or what my address was. I am Chinese, I grew up working as in my parents restaurants and worked as a chef when I got older. I know what good Chinese food is. This is not. Im not sure how the other reviewers can say it was good. Just my experience today. Almond Chicken lunch special, the egg flower soup had no flavor and the broth base tasted like it came out of a can. The chicken was overdone, dry and rubbery. The almond sauce for the chicken was supposed to be a "brown gravy" as stated on the menu. It had a scary orange color and was as flavorless as the soup. It did have a strange sour taste. The white rice was dry and hard. All in all this was not a good dish. But this is the second time I ate there. The first time was decent. This was not. Seems the quality went down within a couple of weeks. As evidence of this the soy sauce packed did not contain soy sauce, it contained soy protein and caramel color. How nasty is that?
