I waited 25 to 30 minutes for cheese pizza and breadsticks, just to be told they didnt have my pizza. I was not offered a solution (refund or to have my pizza made right away), the teenage employees just stood and looked at each other like they couldnt figure something out. I asked what happened to my pizza. One employee said it was made and another said they gave it to another customer. I asked if I could just have my money back, and the kid, who was just standing there chewing on a fork, handed me my money and walked away. For real? That isnt customer service, that isnt problem solving. I got no "sorry" or even a "goodbye" or "have a good night". I waited so long for something I was told would take 5 minutes, only to not even have my order made. I understand teenagers working in an establishment like this, but they should probably have an actual adult working there to supervise.... Having worked in all types of customer service positions, this was awful, at best.

Awesome crew and quality food. Although on very busy days it may take a few minutes longer to get a pizza its worth it because the crew put so much effort into their work. Fun environment to work in and overall a great establishment with a brand new look. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for an inexpensive and delicious pizza.

Love the food but the hot and ready pizzas are not hot and ready the last 3 times weve gone in, and then we wait behind everyone with an order, kind of defeats the purpose...Ill raise the stars every time theres a hot and ready, ready, and lower it when not...

I just got fired from this place because they could have someone cover my shift. I walked out two hours after pleading them to cover my shift, because I was puking at work. All I have to say is they dont care about their employee.

Okay quality to price ratio. The pretzel pizza is pretty good. Limited time only though....a shame......makes for a great pizza with a beer chaser while watching a ball game. Go Seahawks.

Its pizza what more needs said? It sits in Fred Myers and they dont deliver but as far as pizza goes its not gourmet food but its still decent and fairly cheap
